My warranty service scheduled us for our AC unit on a day that was not going to work. We called them directly and came in the very next day. Experienced gentlemen figured out I gave him the wrong unit that was not working on his own. Fixed it so fast. Really professional and super happy to have cold air and that he worked us in.

Highly recommend! Henry was prompt in communication. He showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the issue and performed the repairs all while being courteous! Cannot ask for anything better than that!

Had a vent stack issue that was not code. I had him on property the first day I called and in less than 24 hrs the vent stack was updated to meet code. Would recommend and use on future needs.

Would give 0 stars. Spent over 60,000 dollars on a dehumidifier for my indoor pool. It was never set up correctly. I have had a horrible mold problem. When I called the manufacturer - they could not give me any information because the equipment was not set up for online monitoring as it was supposed to be and that the free 1 hour training for the distributor to do with the customer that was included was never redeemed. For years I have been told someone was coming to set it up correctly and it never happened. As a business owner myself - I would never do business this way. If something was wrong, I would make it right. The mold testing itself cost over 400 dollars and was positive for toxic mold. I would not trust this company. They may sell good equipment but they do not ensure that it is functional.

Very nice, checked everything beyond the apparent problem and found more problems. Explained the problems before fixing them even checked if any parts were under warranty. He found a few parts would be covered under factory warranty to reduce cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick and responsive when the temperatures get hot or cold. AC responders did their job and did it without pulling my hair out or creating a huge mess.
