I hired DuckSquads to inspect a property and complete a full scope to determine if repairs were needed for our system. Unfortunately, they did not inspect the entire system as requested. Instead, they reported to the residents that there was mold present without performing any professional mold testing or providing evidence to support the claim.

This has unnecessarily alarmed my tenant, potentially costing me a resident, and I still don’t have a proper assessment of the system. The job was not completed correctly, and their handling of this situation has been unprofessional and damaging. I cannot recommend their services.

Heaven sent I’ve never had to deal with mold and so grateful for how prompt duct squad was being that I had a tenant getting ready to move in the process was smooth and they kept me updated

My vents were blowing out some black dust and I had no idea why. The techs checked everything, cleaned it out, and explained what was going on. They were super nice and knew exactly what they were doing.

They came over and did a very professional job.I would definitely use these people again.Very courteous

Honestly, I just feel better knowing the air we’re breathing is circulating through clean ducts. The team was awesome and got the job done faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m a total neat freak, but dust was still settling on everything way too fast. These guys were so thorough and even moved my furniture back exactly where it was. It’s been a few weeks and I’m barely dusting, which feels like a miracle.

Allergies have eased up since the cleaning, and the bedrooms feel cooler at night. The technician didn’t rush and made sure everything was handled properly. You could tell they take pride in doing the job right.

Very pleased with the work of Duct Squads. Quality and efficient work. Real talk they forgot to put the Duct back together after cleaning. I noticed and called to see if they could comeback and in 30 minutes team showed up and fixed the mistake. We are all human and forget but I appreciate the willingness to acknowledge the error. They addressed it immediately. Friendly, accountable, quality and very timely.

We hired Duct Squads twice in the last month to clean a dryer duct and HVAC. Lior and his team did both jobs and were great.

Duck Squads was highly recommended to me by my appliance repair man. I called and got quick appt, they came a few days later and totally cleaned all the lent out of the vent system also found a giant bird nest in the top causing the lent to back up. They were very efficient and cleaned it thoroughly in about 30 minutes. Now my dryer is better than new and I’m so happy!! Saved me from buying a new dryer.

I run a small office and booked them for commercial duct cleaning. They worked around our hours, showed up on time, and finished quicker than I expected. The whole place smells cleaner and the staff even noticed the difference.

They handled the commercial duct cleaning for my small restaurant and it made a huge difference. The air feels clean and the kitchen doesn’t get as stuffy now. I liked how friendly and down-to-earth the techs were too.

They did a good job. It would've been a 5 if they came in the house and either covered their shoes or took them off. The machine they used to vacuum was not carried around from room to room so they scratched my floors. I think they can use this feedback for future customers.

The business made sure to show me before and after pictures, which was kind of fun to see. Dusty air vents are completely gone and the place smells better too. I appreciated how quick and easy the whole process was.

We had our dryer vent and ducts cleaned; we have fought it for years and never received a satisfactory result from other vendors. Duct Squad did the job; they even climbed up on the roof (first time ever) and we couldn’t be more pleased. They suggested a slight realignment of our dryer and they were right; we had gone through 3 heater elements in the past few years. Our drying time has been cut. Highly recommend.
