KTR HVAC, have a very skilled team of technicians, highly trustworthy. I am not concerned about them adding stuff just to bump up the price or saying they added freon. I appreciate having a heat and air company that I can trust, especially with so many bad companies out there.

GREAT SERVICE, got me taken care of in no time. The day I called, just looking for an appointment to schedule to come by and take a look at my heating issue. They were out in 20 mins. diagnosing the problem. Communicated the day they could come and install new unit with an exact amount for NEW EQUIPMENT and installation fee. I used them to put in a new unit indoor and out a couple years ago. They did a great job, but I never could reach them again 2 years later for a question. I think they are no longer in business.

Fixed a broken damper actuator in our zoning system. Tech diagnosed it via the thermostat error log and replaced the motorized gear assembly. Restored proper zone control.
