They charged me $150 and did nothing I asked him what did you exactly do? He said I just looked at it, so I had to call someone else to fix the issue. do not call this company if you don’t want to spend money twice

JR and Jalal both did a great job. They are personable, knowledgable, work quickly, on time and really do a great job. I would not trust anyone other than Above & Beyond Heating and Cooling to work on my generator or my HVAC. JR and Jalal both are factory trained and really k now their stuff! This time they were here to service my Generac generator. Excellent service from two very competent technicians.

Luke was professional and knowledgable. He worked magic with our old furnace and got us heat fast! We were definitely impressed and will use them again.

Everyone was great! They showed me all the different options of units to choose from, all the prices for them. They explained how they planned to do everything, how long it was gonna take. They showed up at 8:30 in the morning to put in our whole system and was done at 12:30. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Jordan thinks calling a customer misogynistic because their employees made mistakes and false claims on a recorded call is ok. They refuse to take responsibility that they made mistakes, allow employees to gaslight customers, and then cancel claims/work. Ariana wants to make a claim that she was yelled at, but they refuse to listen to the recorded call to see that was false lol. Then say that I had a “misogynistic tone”, what does that even mean. They were unable to properly camera a sewer line after over 3 months and then expected me to leave my gates unlocked for over 40 days while they waited to put in for a locate. Super unprofessional employees. I’m also blacklisted from their company because of this accused tone, seems like a huge reach. Especially given the actual conversation.

Called them to come out and fix our out side lighting system . Our company has had 9 electricians out to fix these problems and never could figure out or fix our problems. These guys came out in a matter of a couple hours had the problems fixed . We have tried to get these lights fixed for two years . We have also used them on our other projects .

They installed our Generac last week and came back to do some electrical work inside today. Gotta say, the team is always on-time, proficient, and professional. Great prices and customer service too. Very satisfied.

Above and Beyond showed up at the time that they indicated. Michia was my tech and he was outstanding and fixed my problem quickly. He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. I plan to use Above and Beyond for all my HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs going forward.

Amazing service! Ricky and Luke came out and took care of business. We made the mistake of hiring the wrong people the first time and let me tell you, you don’t want to hire the wrong people. Above and beyond fixed the bad job and fixed our slab leak. They were affordable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We will go with them every time we have a plumbing need.

Everyone from the sales team, the appointment and the installation was superb, they explained everything to me made recommendations that would fit what I was wanting for a generator. Very good on follow up and letting me know what they were doing. They came around 1030a and was done by 3p. I would recommend them highly. Thank you to the whole team!!

I called after a storm tripped my breaker today 5/30/24. The made an appointment with me and said the would be here by 6:00 PM. They just called 4:03PM and advised they cannot come out till Monday AM. Don’t waste your time with these people. They will waste your time and leave you with little ability to get someone else out.

They are telling you in this response that they called back and changed their mind that they could get someone out. Why on earth would I depend on their word again. I work from home. FYI they did not tell me they were squeezing me in. It is too important for me to be squeezed in. I would have kept calling and possibly called them back for future service if they had just been honest.

My wife and I have had a GREAT experience with Above and Beyond! Jordan at the office has been very attentive to our needs and has been great at communicating with us about scheduling, quotes and time it will take to get the parts needed. Our plumbing service tech, Wade, was also great to work with. He was honest about the work that needed to be done, explained everything that he did clearly, was very efficient with his time and cleaned up after he was done! We have hired them to help with some HVAC work and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

They responded within less than 24 hours to my request for a review and recommendations regarding purchase and installation of a standby generator. By the time we finished I had purchased a whole house standby generator and was scheduled less than a week later for installation. Very impressed! 3/9...standby generator installed and is up and ready to do its job. The crew arrived on time and stayed hard at it until everything was finished including cleaning up behind themselves quite well. I was given a walk through to understand operation, function, wi-fi, and maintenance. Very happy with end result.

Had a fuse that kept overriding in the breaker box. Tech came out, diagnosed (issue was with the ceiling fan wiring, not the fuse), and repaired. Great service, no complaints there. A little pricey for about 20 minutes of work but I'll take the high- level service and responsiveness in exchange so no real complaints. I will use these guys again if needed.
