"One off customers not a priority" Mark Park. I was a given a 2 hour window for a repair, waited for two and a half hours with still no notification. I called to inquire, and was told higher priority calls had developed and notifying me was not a standard practice.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Unbelievably unprofessional company. Called them out to diagnose and fix my small commercial refrigerator. After coming to the conclusion that it was the compressor that needed to be replaced, they said that they would check to see if it was under warranty and would let me know as soon as possible. Days went by and nothing. Called the main number several times and they could not even locate the ticket. Finally, they located a "ticket" and told me that the compressor was under warranty and was ordered and that when it arrived, they would be out to put it in. More days went by waiting for it to arrive. Meanwhile, I received a quote to sign stating that to fix it would be around $900 just to put it in, which was 1/2 the price buying another new one. Yes, this was for labor only. I called the company who made the refrigerator, and they told me that the compressor had never even been ordered. Called to speak with the manager, who was not there, so I left a message and he never returned my call. Just received a bill for $265 for this hassle. I ended up getting a new refrigerator but to date, no compressor, no communication from them, and no follow up. First and last time I will call this business.

Drivers need to learn how to drive. Weaving through traffic with no blinker is ridiculous.

Beware of their drivers, I was in a residential neighborhood (Marshall Dr. in MWC where the driver ( Van 38, tag V10 308) was speeding. Came up behind me, honked and then proceeded to pass me and sped on. Not a very professional reflection on your company. 9/16/24 1:45pm

Fantastic customer service!! Dewey was on time, showed up with parts on hand, and was able to fix my HVAC issue. Brian and his team run a great customer first business. I would highly recommend them.

This company doesn’t have a clue on what there doing. The absolute worst installs I have ever seen. Not only that, but installs so bad there dangerous. Highly recommended to not use them at all.

8/26/25, between 7:40 and 7:50 AM: Apparently, I'm not the only one to have an upleasant experience with one of their drivers. I was driving East on Hwy 9 about 1/2 mile from I-35. As the lane merged from right to left by the Shell Gas Station, one of their drivers was pulling out of the gas station and pretty much forced his way onto Hwy 9 in front of me. I held back and let him in. Not long after, I was having trouble merging into the left lane. I figured maybe the guy might do me a solid by allowing me to merge in front of him...nope. Just gave me a "whatever" look and kept on driving. Fast forward to when we got on to I-35 North and the driver was driving right beside me, matching my speed until I exited Main Street. Must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed, who knows. Anyhoo, hope they train their drivers better because it reflects poorly on their business.

If reviews were allowed a 100-star rating Vak would definitely be the one. It's nice to have someone you can trust, honesty is such an important role with this man. I would recommend Vak over and over . Perfection!

I have you used this company over the last 4 years.I recommend him to all my friends and family. He has repaired my unit, until it was time for a complete replacement.
