There is nothing in the world like someone that provides honest estimates and superb customer service. Found out late yesterday that mamas A/C wasn’t working. Texted Keith Bruner and he said he would get by there today. He said he would be there about 3p. He pulled up right at 3p. Diagnosed the problem, texted me for approval, and completed all the work by 3:45p. He even sit and talked to mom for a while. She said “he is the sweetest young man and so handy” LOL.

Shout out to Keith Bruner, owner of K&K Mechanical LLC! My Gas Furnace finally gave out after 22 years. He has a great team that saved the day! Extremely professional and they do great work.

Replaced the Cooling Coil and the Air Conditioner as well. A/C had been somehow working for years despite bent coils from a tornado years ago….so it needed to go too. Originals from when my house was built in 2001.

Gave us great over the phone advice about our air condition unit. Saved us a ton of money by not getting it fixed right away. I love working with people like K&K. They are not just looking for a quick buck, they make sure they are giving their customers' sound advice.

Brent Rinehart is an HVAC rock star. While other heat and air guys sometimes make you wait for days before they can come by, I have never had that aggravation with Brent. He shows up when he says he is going to show up and he always fixes the issue affordably and professionally. I'm never calling anyone else. Brent is the man.
