We had a major burst pipe and had to turn the water off to the house. I called around and Above and Beyond was the only company that could help me today. They really did go above and beyond. The service was fantastic, kind, clear and very reasonably priced. The best part was, we got our water back on the same day. I can't thank them enough and will be calling them first for everything they can do for me. I highly recommend.

5 stars for service and promptness, 1 star for costs. Most companies charge a base fee, then extra if a lot of work or items are involved. A&B charges over $111 to come out, then another$100 for any work whatsoever. Simple diagnose and wire nut 3 wires… over $200. That’ll be a pass next time.

Jason spent the time to thoroughly service our two heat pumps. He told us how the heat pumps were functioning and pleasantly answered our questions. Jason, also, serviced a newish heat pump, that was not running/heating properly, on one of the coldest days this year and stayed until after dark without complaint. There was no bill since we were service members. The unit has been performing poorly for about two months before Jason attempted to do his magic. However, the unit continued to perform poorly after several part replacements. The owner, of Above and Beyond, even had a new thermostat installed to replace the old one with no cost to us. About a week after Jason's January visit, the owner called and informed us that Above and Beyond was going to replace the heat pump for free, no cost what- so- ever. Can't speak highly enough about Above and Beyond, the owner, Jason and the entire team. Thanks!

The office staff is the best! From the very beginning I felt comfortable choosing this company. I had a terrible situation at my house the technicians who arrived were very professional and took the time to explain what was happening and gave me a couple of options of how we could fix the issue. Best part is they had it done the Same day!!! That is what I call Above and Beyond! Highly recommend this company

This is my 3rd time doing business with Above + Beyond Service Company, each time I had satisfactory services. Today my technician Arren Gordon (plumber) responded to my service call, because my dryer duct work was filled with water. Upon arrival, he didn’t need to conduct a diagnostic test he immediately knew I had a leak in the water manifold and not my HVAC system. He was attentive and explained the process very thoroughly and went over pricing. After he cut the wall to access the pluming he discovered the issue wasn’t as bad as he predicted and gave me the option to fix the problem or replace the entire system ( he saved me lots of money). I appreciate his honesty, this could have been a different situation. I would recommend Arren for any pluming issues, he came in and discovered the problem immediately without technology, I called several plumbers and they had no clue what could be the problem, they even redirected me to an HVAC company.

I love the service I received from Jason at Above & Beyond. He was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. He listened understood my underline needs and provided me with options (Not selling points). He walked me through my AC issues and provided great options which helped me make the best decision for my situation and need. Jason, was the most thorough Technician I have ever encountered. Sears can eff the eff off. We have been without air conditioning for 3 1/2 months in oklahoma IN THE SUMMER and they have cancelled our appointment 5 times. 5!!!!!! they do not return calls or complaints and every time they cancel they reschedule for 2-3 weeks out even though it was their fault. this is insane.

Best refrigeration company on the face of this planet period. They will help you to the best of their ability and make sure you are up and running in a timely manner..recommended in my books
