My AC went out on July 3rd in the evening, I am not a person who would call someone out on the 4th, I waited until the 5th, a Saturday no less. After doing a little research I called late morning/early afternoon, left a message and within 5 minutes (probably less,) I received a call back. Jordan was the technician who came out, looked at my system and gave me the options. I probably wasn't a hard sell because my system has been on it's last leg for a few years. I asked about the turn around wait and he said probably Monday, maybe Tuesday, I asked for time to think about it. Monday morning I called to give the go ahead and schedule a time, the office said they could be out in an hour and a half. Jordan once a gain called me on my way from work saying he was at my house and if he could go into the back and get started. I also spoke with Melissa to ask about finance options and was given the pertinent information. Jordan and the crew were very respectful and worked quickly, even entertained some of my anecdotes.

Scheduled Ruckers to come out and check out my gas furnace before I turned it on for the season. They let me know they were on the way before arriving which is greatly appreciated. The service tech, Mitchell, was thorough and efficient, letting me know everything looked good. Will have them back out in the spring to do the same for my A/C system.

Ruckers is the perfect company for any job. All of the technicians are professional and helpful. They work clean and explain everything they are working on. They are our go to mechanical, plumbing and electrical people. The office staff is wonderful as well.

Have used Rucker Mechanical twice now. Beau handled my plumbing issues and Mitchell handled my HVAC. Both services were friendly, professional, thorough and informative. Couldn’t ask for a better company to rely on!

7 degrees this morning and no furnace. Called Rucker and they sent Mitchell. He diagnosed, found the fault. Still need to wait as the part is a couple days away. No his or Rockers fault. They have always met our needs quickly and courteously.
Part came in a day early and they sent Michell out again. Furnace was up and running in no time. Thank you again for your prompt attention to our needs.

Rucker is the best... by a country mile!! I had 11 dilfferent companies provide proposals to add HVAC to my warehouse & upsize my office unit... Glad I made the right choice with Rucker! They fit me in just before the summer heat would melt my shop (9900sqft Metal Building) & they were always on time, fast, efficient, and proffessional and always took the time to explain the things I wanted to understand. We’ve been using Rucker Mechanical for years now at our restaurant, and they continue to prove they’re the best in the business. Most recently, Rick repaired our oven, and let me tell you — this man is the definition of an honest, top-tier technician. He even refused to charge us labor for the time he spent retrieving a part he already had on hand. Who does that anymore? Rick does. He’s prompt, professional, precise, and consistently goes above and beyond. If every tech worked like Rick, the world would be a better place… and far fewer managers would need Advil. 😳
And then there’s Lauren — the voice you hear when you call in. I’m pretty sure she handles dispatch, billing, scheduling, customer wrangling, meteorology, and possibly international diplomacy. She has the perfect mix of ‘I got you’ and ‘don’t start with me today’ — and honestly, same. I may not have been invited to her wedding (still a little hurt, not gonna lie ;)), but we are very lucky to have her help any time we can get it.
In short: the entire company is a winner. Reliable. Honest. Fast. And just downright good people.
If you’re looking for a service company you can trust, Rucker Mechanical is it. Five stars, easy.

Brandon did a great job diagnosing an electrical problem. Got it fixed quickly, along with other, related work.
Last time, he solved a kooky-spooky "why won't this dishwasher work on this circuit" issue.
After several large and small projects, both mechanical and electrical, I can vouch for Rucker. They do excellent work, including good communication.

Big project home maintenance, its cost, its inconvenience and its “honeymoon is over when the work begins” often times reality can be maddening. Rucker’s undertook the tough job of moving our HVAC and duct system to the attic after the in-slab ducts on our 40 yo home failed. The guys showed up, every day of the five it took to complete the job, enthusiastic & courteous, sharing patiently and in as much detail needed, job steps and progress. They engendered complete confidence in their skill, knowledge and capability. They were cognizant of the household disruption and were diligent in keeping its impact to a minimum. The finished product is, well, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves!
Update Feb'26: Superbowl Sunday called in for both plumbing and electrical. Within a couple of hours, both tradesmen appeared at our door - courteous and ready to tackle the issues. While one was a smaller job and readily repaired, the other was efficiently diagnosed but awaiting quotes for resolution. Again, I recommend this group without hesitation.

Mitchell came out and diagnosed the problem, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Our unit was 24 years old, he provided options of fixing the problem or replacing the unite, we decided to replace the unit heat/ac. Caleb, Jordan and Dustin came out the following day, 6 hours later our new unit was completely installed. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up after the jobe. We are very satified and would recommend Rucker.

First-rate service from a first-rate outfit. We had used Rucker for a generator installation and electrical repair and upgrade. When our former HVAC company closed, we called on Rucker to continue the seasonal maintenance on the units. Easy and pleasant scheduling. Prompt, punctual, and professional service from knowledgeable forthright techs on both occasions. We’re very pleased.

Rucker did a phenomenal job for us. We called about our furnace needing maintenance and had a technician out within hours! Our furnace could have been saved but we wanted to get a new one installed and were given plenty of options.

We ended up buying an Amana furnace with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty and a 10 labor warranty. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Sean!

David was great and got here quick, he explained everything and did what was needed on our Generac whole home generator. Everything was great, for me except after paying the price I’m used to for years with the previous company who did the maintenance, I felt it was a bit high with Ruckers. They were good though and got here quick.

I received excellent and extremely fast service from Rucker. Especially since it was yesterday morning when I called and David was there within the hour. With the inclement weather, I was extremely surprised and grateful. David was very communicative while he serviced the generator, as I was not at home. I highly recommend using Rucker for any of your electrical and Generac service. Thank you to Lauren and David and the other person I spoke with to discuss my issues and needs.

MJ and Fernando came out to install a new unit as well as took a look at it prior they both did their very best to make sure that the unit was installed promptly and so great. Loved the level of professionalism and experience! Would recommend a million times over.
