Got to give it to the owner Tyler. 5 stars and then some ! Spoke to him over the phone before placing my order online. He answered all my questions and was very courteous . I shopped around a lot online (mostly on Facebook) before placing my order with him. What impressed me the most is that he has a storefront. Others online simply sell out of the back or their truck; which made me Leary. If fact I don't recommend doing business with anyone who sells mini splits in this manner. I placed my order on the 11th of March with Tyler and received it by afternoon of the 13th. Couldn't be more pleased with Tyler at Mr. Mini Split and their product . Awesome service!!! They go above and beyond to make sure all expectations are met! This is how business should be done. We have contacted so many people to either not get an answer back or be taken advantage of and that did not happen at all with Mr Mini Split. They are open and transparent and honestly there’s just no one else that you should consider.

If I could do 100 stars I would. Tyler is a great guy and came to my place out of his way on a Sunday, to install a 36kBTU unit for me. They did a nice clean install and the unit works great! Again thank you guys would recommend anyone to get a unit from you guys.
