Very professional and kind individual. About a year ago my heating system froze during the winter months. Air Works was the only company that offered to come and repair my system during the freezing weather. Just a few days ago, my AC stopped working and Air Works stopped by within 2 business days to repair. Prices are very reasonable and Andrew, Air Works personnel, is very dependable. Highly recommend Air Works service if you prefer honest, hard-working individuals like Andrew for your repairs.

During the misery of a typical hot OK summer, both of our home air conditioning/heating units stopped working. Sweating like crazy we frantically sought a company to repair or replace them. A friend said get bids so we called several companies from the Internet. None would submit a written bid or even come out to determine the problem. A few gave an estimate of the cost over the phone without observing the unit or knowing the problem.
Finally another friend recommended Air Works. What a difference.
They first examined the equipment to determine the problem then submitted a written proposal with a very competitive price. We were delighted when, despite a busy schedule, they agreed to quickly do the work.
We were even more delighted when their very professional crew showed up. The obviously experienced workmen reported at the agreed upon time and worked diligently during the agreed upon time. With outstanding workmanship and in record time they had our dilapidated system working better than even when it was new.
After the installation, we needed more instruction for programming the thermostats. When we phoned the company, Andrew generously returned the call and patiently provided the information. We have enjoyed day and night comfort since and continue to be impressed with the company.
We recommend Air Works to anyone needing air conditioning or heating installation or repair.

Tech was here within 30 min, had us fixed 15 min after that… super friendly folks… highly recommend!

Called Air works on Wednesday at 5pm! They were out the next day at 10am! Air works perfect and fixed in less than 24 hours.

And my service tech put in an air filter that didn’t pertain to his scope of work all for nothing!!

We have used AirWorks for several years after we were referred to them by a friend of a close relative. They are always very quick to respond, very professional, efficient and excellent with troubleshooting issues, and always perform great workmanship. This year we replaced our heat pump and the guys who came to do the job were on time, very kind, did great work, and finished in a timely manner. They have earned it and will always be our go to for HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

My appointment was delayed due to heavy rains and I very much appreciated that Christopher contacted me to let me know about the delay and reschedule for later that same day. He completed checking my air conditioner quickly and changing the filters as I requested.

This is a great company. Andrew is professional and did a great job with pricing and installation of my new HVAC system in November. Everyone is clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. The team that installed did not leave any mess, cleaned up everything when they finished! The installation was in late November, so it was too cool to double check the a/c. Called Andrew yesterday afternoon, and at 8:00 am this morning Chris was here to do my pm and check out the unit. I love being able to have a maintenance agreement for a reasonable fee each year, so the a/c unit gets serviced in the spring, and the furnace in the fall. This company is so great. They get an 11 on a score of 1 to 10!

Did great work, did everything in a timely manner. Answered any questions and kept in contact throughout the process of getting AC up and blowing cold air. So, if you need some air work done, call "Air Works" son.

He followed through and ensured the part was ordered, gave us a follow up phone call and estimate date of additional service. He was informative and friendly. Thanks for your hard work, Chris. Andrew and his team were professional from the very beginning all the way through the process of design and installation, which was a breath of fresh air since I had some quirky asks about the design which they listened and had solutions for all of my needs. Chris came by today and got my ac running in a timely and honest manner. He could have ripped me off like so many other businesses do but he was honest and got it done with a reasonable price. Not a lot of businesses like this left. I appreciate these guys and will definitely call them back should I have any more issues.
