I want to take the opportunity to recognize one of the counter employees. Mr. Donald Burris is a knowledgeable and professional. However, he literally changed how that branch see minorities. About four years ago, I was denied an account because I was a minority. With Mr. Burris seeing how this was affecting minorities, he spoke up! His voice to management began to change race relations between black Americans and the shearer Suppy division. Four years later, he encouraged me to file for another account and subsequently was assigned a cash account and a year later, a credit account! Thank you Mr Burris and ur leadership in this matter!

Samsung Class was very educational learned a lot for set up commercial and residential. The instructor was knowledgeable and helpful. The lunch was good if you haven’t done a class with shear supply yet you should sign up great learning experience.

Shearer has the best counter help in all of the metro area. Jeremy is precise. Lee knows about Samsung equipment. Bill has years of experience, and is super helpful. Donald is a strong up and comer. Dirk has the ability to think outside the box, and is willing to dig in to find the hard stuff.

All the guys on the counter have done a great service to our company. Tyler has been a great asset to shearer supply since the day he started. We are ready for some warm weather.

I’ve been in the HVAC business for 26 years and have seen distributors from both the dealer and manufacturing perspective. Shearer Supply is as good as they come. They’ve always delivered a consistent, professional level of service for us. Tyler is a responsive TM and the entire team of at counter reps work with a sense of urgency dealers need.

Shearer supply always takes great care of us contractors, very knowledgeable staff, great training and low prices across the board. Always helpful, even when the world has been turned upside down, these guys deliver great service.

I was an OTR truck driver making deliveries to both locations. They were friendly, courteous, professional and very timely even though I was late from enduring two blizzards. If they treat customers the way they treat strangers, late truck drivers then these people get 10 stars.

After he made a warranty service call he said he'd get back with us for the repairs. A couple weeks after he left, and no call from anyone, we called him. He said he wasn't going to wait on hold to the warranty company, and we would have to do that. We called the warranty company and they said he closed it out and there was nothing to repair (half truth). He lied to me or lied to the warranty company, or both. He took my 100 bucks and money from the warranty company for the service call and sabatoged any chance of the repairs being covered. It seems he had no interest in doing the repairs. Quick easy money I guess. But, now I have to start from scratch, find someone else to do the work and because of him, nothing will be covered by our home warranty.

We were referred to Countryside by Old Republic back in October of 2023 because our heat/AC wasn’t working. We paid our $100 to Old Republic and an additional $150 to Countryside for repairs. They repaired the unit partially. The AC works but there’s still no heat as of May 2024. They kept giving us excuses about contacting Lennox and claimed in 8 months got nowhere with a reputable company and a product that was still warrantied. I don’t know how much money they collected from Old Republic, but I feel they had no interest in actually properly fixing our unit. We were now referred to a new provider as Countryside told Old Republic after 8 months mind you, they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it. Would not recommend their company. Brandy and Steve were polite but it was just to keep me from getting angry.

Just had spring/summer service -- AIRWORKS is the best hvac company in okc: fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. And always cost competitive! Highly recommend them without hesitation!
