The people took their time to explain everything to me. I was given options and I did not feel like I was being forced into anything. The service was excellent and detailed.

We contracted with the company to install
a 5 ton package unit at our home. We we pleased with the service and professionalism of the work. I would recommend and use them again

Our condenser was going out for a while and most AC company had us out until Thursday and they came the same day that we called them and fixed the problem and explain to us what the problem was. 10/10 highly recommend.

You should run from this company. My experience was nothing more than dishonest cons. I called when my thermostat was displaying an error. The tech came out and I was told nothing could be done and the entire unit would need to be replaced for $14,000. I knew something did not seem right so I called another company. Next company came out and it turned out to be only an air filter. Cost me $75. It's disgusting that this is how they choose to do business. I would avoid this company at all cost.

They came out on a Saturday and fixed my Hvac heating. They did an awesome job. They also told me about a not cost to me service on my heat and air sponsor by OG&E.

I was on the schedule for tomorrow but they were able to fit me in today!! Got me up and running in a little over an hour!!! I'm so happy with the professionalism, education I learned and knowledge of the system to diagnose and repair from JR!! Thank you Harsh and JR!!! I hope I don't need you again soon but you will be needed!!

Temperature Pro were great they came to my house on time, found out what the problem was with my air conditioners, fixed the problem right away which was great, informed me of what was going on every step of the way, would recommend them to other people for sure.

If you need GREAT, FAST service CALL TEMPERATUREPRO!!! My A/C unit cut off in 105° weather. The inside temperature of my house was 95°!! I called TemperaturePro at 3pm and they had a team member out to my house at 5. JR came and had my unit working in 15 minutes! Great service. Fast service. Call these folks. THEY WILL GET YOU RIGHT!!

This was our first time to use them and they did a wonderful job on a rental property that we are looking at purchasing. They also gave us some good tips. For instance, next year, OGNE will pay for tuneups between April and October 2024 and they will be one of the companies that can do it. so keep their number and put it on your calendar and call them up next spring.

TemperaturePro responded to me very quickly and recommended I replace my condenser. They showed up when they said they would and completed the installation in one day. We are very happy with the service they provided.

I have never encountered a company that would go so above and beyond to make their customers happy like TemperaturePro OKC! They made two visits to determine the actual root of the problem, exhausting all options. I hadn't had AC for over a week and this team worked hard to push through a new AC system with my warranty company and even came out to install on a Saturday!!
