The best group of people very helpful!! 10 out of 10!!! Very responsive even after hours Janice is doing all in her power to help us in our situation. When we was in store Jesse was a great help also great team great attitude and very helpful!!! Will always recommend all day everyday!!!

Customer service at this company was awful. When trying to contact through phone number no one answered. When we walked into the store no one even greeted us, a gentleman was standing there never acknowledged us another associate was there walked off and came back before we were even acknowledged. This is so disappointing for such a large company to have such poor customer service.

I wish I could give less of a star for this review but unfortunately 1 star is the worst. The CE in athe OKC area doesn’t even deserve that.

1 they never answer their phone
2 they never get the correct part
3 the attitude of employees at the counter is one of “ omg why are people coming in. I don’t want to do any work”
I’ve been on hold with this location for over an hour on multiple occasions. In the last 6 months I have never received the correct part ordered from this location.
If I need a correct part I literally call Dallas and have the order placed there and transferred to OKC for pick up. OKC DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE OR HAVE WORKING EMPLOYESS. It’s pathetic. As a contractor I have decided to recommend all Carrier units in the greater OKC area be removed and replaced WITH ANY OTHER BRAND NOT RELATED TO CARRIER. The reason is there is just no support service should any carrier product break down. It’s less hassle to just remove the carrier and install literally any other brand.
Want efficiency? Do not buy carrier
Want support help? Do not buy carrier
Want correct parts? Guess what? Do not buy carrier.
If you live in any other area other than OKC you will probably be fine with a carrier. If you live anywhere near OKC, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CARRIER. You will live a better, stress free life as a contractor and if you are a home owner, you will have a much better working unit since other product distributors have much better locations and personnel. I have worked with several mechanical contractors over the years and experienced the good and not so good. Currently working on a project with them and they are an excellent company with great communication. Would highly recommend this company for any mechanical needs!

Every project we have collaborated on has been a success.
All of my ideas for custom equipment to be built have been 100% functional and efficient.
The shop I built was completely set up for a large volume of gas and air. The plumbing was installed in 2019 and I have not had one problem with any of their installations!
