Not a bad place

Lack of management and extremely unprofessional

IT'S A RUDE PERSON THE MANAGER IN THIS STORE.

Get a phone number that works or get out of the field. Nobody in AC has time for this.

Very nice and helpful

Always friendly and on top of what they do.

Not open on Saturdays even though schedule says open until noon.

Worst parts house in the metroplex.
I will pay extra at other parts houses to avoid this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Very rude and unhelpful, both over the phone and in person.

They have the worst customer service available i was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes to check on availability for a part if u are looking for a good supply house go to johnstone supply

If I could give no stars I would. Been on hold 40 minutes to check availability on a part. This is y nobody likes carrier. You guys are worse than Lennox and that’s hard to do.

Guys can't even give u the right part u require. Assumed which compressor we needed and ended up wasting our time. Gave them actually model and serial we needed as well just to have to return the compressor in the end.

Extremely unprofessional. The manager is very belittling and demeaning to customers/clients. Will never recommend this location to any of our friends who own HVAC companies in OK.

Great guys all around. Parts counter are always friendly and willing to help, and sales staff are awesome! Great customer service with Shane and danny!

They seem to have everything, and were very helpful. I was on hold for a bit, but nothing excessive. Once part availability was verified, everything else went extremely well.

They have some very helpful staff. They got some jokes to.

Good group of people. Helpful manager.

The Branch Manager (Janice) is super helpful and always gets back with me in a timely manner. If I ever have something I need help with I can shoot a text or email to her and if she can't help she will point me in tbr right direction.
