Well I think they are amazing...the prices are excellent service fast and professional..they went the extra mile and made sure all was good even working late to make it happen . The install crew were awesone and very lovely people. Sales rep Dave was excellent and personable . Would recommend to all .

Dave came by on a hot Saturday and fixed our daughter’s air conditioner extermely quick. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will definitely reach out to him again in the future.

About a month ago I called Comfort-Tek, and another company, with an emergency. I did not have heat. The other company barely diagnosed my issue and ignored my questions. Comfort-Tek came in and explained everything wrong with my system by showing me first hand. Within an hour, the owner came to quote a new system.

They carry multiple top quality brands. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. With 4 total quotes, I went with these guys.

Their installers came in the next day and completed the entire job in less than half a day. They cleaned up the entire work area and left nothing for me to do. They installed a new thermostat and showed me all the features of it before leaving.

There was a small calibration issue with the new unit. They sent a technician out the next day and he calibrated the entire thing.

I can’t say enough about this company. Fantastic service, amazing pricing, and top notch workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing maintenance, diagnostic, or replacement.

This company is at the top of their game. Not only are their prices reasonable compared to others in our area, they are reliable, dependable and trustworty. Their personnel is excellent! I would not think of dealing with another company after 15 years of using them.

Dave is a personable technician. He visited my home when he said he would. Options were available for my commercial furnace. My outside unit was getting older and I chose to replace my aging furnace rather than replacing the motor: there was no pressure from Dave for my choice. He and a fellow worker came a few days later and did the installation without any problems. Thank you Dave and Dean for being the professionals you are.

Dave is the one who responded the soonest after I contacted several contractors for an RFQ and provided an estimate plus timeframe; his team (Dave, Dylan and Yosef) came to my house on time as scheduled to get my heating back the next day after my 33-yr old furnace was broken. Quick response, good communication, professional service and reasonable price!

My entire experience with Comfort-Tek yesterday was first class. From scheduling to service, everything was very professional. The owner was super nice, and the tech (Dylan) that came out was extraordinary. I had Comfort Tek come out to clean & inspect our older furnace before I turned it on. Dylan discovered it wouldn't fire up. He was quick to diagnose the problem. A quick call to Dave( the owner) and he started calling around for the part. They weren't sure if they could find one due to the age of the furnace.. Within 10 minutes my phone rang and it was Dave. He found the part and was on his way to pick it up and then personally drive it out to Colchester so Dylan could complete the job and I could turn my furnace on.
