Best HVAC technician in Windsor Essex!!

I chose Guaranteed Comfort to do my furnace and heat pump installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Stephan was very knowledgeable of the Daikin product during the quote process and Mat and Kody went above and beyond with the install. Thanks so much guys!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is excellent. Fast, reliable and friendly! We had a complete heating and cooling system installed at one property and were so pleased with the end result.
We also have a 21 yr old furnace at another property that when it needs to be replaced this is the company we will use. Until that time if we have any issue with this furnace they are there within a day and always able to fix it!

Called early in the morning, said they would have someone come by today. Called again 330 asked what time will someone be expected. Person did not apologize. Was rude over the phone and said they have no recall of this. Said they can book for monday. No thanks. Lost a customer and will let all my friends know. Do not recommend!

We had Stephan and his team install a mini-split in our addition and we were very happy with the service. They were timely, professional, and Stephan got back to me quickly when we weren't sure if there was an issue with the unit. We would definitely use them again!

From start to finish, it has been nothing but an excellent experience dealing with Guaranteed Comfort for my heat pump, furnace, and hybrid water heater install. Their sales manager Stephan is very knowledgeable about Daikin's products, capabilities, and features which gave me the confidence that I was choosing the right product and install team. He also answered every question I had between receiving the quote and installation.

Techs Mat and Kody were here on time on install day and ready to go. They took care of everything, from removing all the old equipment and installing the new furance/heat pump and water tank. They cleaned up everything indoors and outdoors and left the space as clean as when they started. I am very happy that everything was done in the span of one day as well.

After the install Stephan followed up to confirm everything was working as expected. The Daikin equipment has so far been great. Efficient, effective, and the outdoor unit is QUIET.

Very reliable and competent staff all around. From their sales rep Stephan to the installers Mat and Kody. Everything looked fantastic and was explained clearly. Haven't had any issues with my new furnace and heat pump and love that I can control it all from my phone.

Stephan is very professional, caring and truthful. He answered all my questions regarding a new furnace and A/C. with No pressure. Stephan went above and beyond explaining everything to me.
The installers (Matt, Cale, and Dante) were excellent. They called and showed up on time. They were professional, polite and answered any questions I had. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Again, I would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

MIKE from the Guaranteed Comfort team came out to repair our 25+ year old A\C unit. He was courteous, friendly, took the time to explain things, and was clearly an absolute expert at what he does. Thank you Mike! As renters of a new unit, you never know which business the Landlord will send out and we were not disappointed. Mike also coordinated communication between the office and Landlord so decisions could be made efficiently. He called himself “old school” and if that means cream of the crop then I suppose he is. When this unit from 1998 eventually breaks down I’ll be crossing my fingers it’s this company that comes to replace it :)

Service call for annual inspection. On time, friendly, and articulated the results well. Reasonable fee.

We had our hvac system removed and new units installed by Matt, Dante and Stephan at Guarenteed Comfort. They did amazing quality work and were extremely efficient. Guaranteed Comfort H/C also has excellent rates! Highly recommend them to anyone needed hvac work or install! They were very easy to communicate with through the whole process.

Stephan gave me a quote for heat pumps but I was still shopping around. After few more quotes I called him and said sorry I got a better deal. He said thank you for giving us the opportunity to quote for your home. I started checking reviews and complaints from customers. The next day I called Stephan back and asking him if he still wants to work with me. Long story short, in less than a week I was comfortable during the heat wave which started 2 days after the installation. Stephan and his team worked almost non stop for 2 days. It was done well and it works great. When I had an issue with one of the unit, I called Stephan to check it and within 30 minutes he was there and fixed it. Thank you Stephan for going above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and your customer is happy with the experience!! Even the microwave!!

My experience with Guarantees Comfort Heating and Cooling was excellent. Stephan explained everything to me during the furnace quoting process, made sure I understood it, and gave me a fair price. When it came time for my furnace install, everything went smoothly and as expected. I would definitely recommend Guaranteed Comfort.

I had an issue and Chris, the owner, responded right away (on a Sunday!). He scheduled a tech within an hour. Chris, the tech, was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the issue was bigger than we thought and they had to order a coil and return the next day to install. The next tech Dante was equally as customer service based, friendly, skilled and professional. I would say both technicians went above and beyond and the end result was a solid A/C coil replacement. The job was done very well and clean. I highly recommend Guaranteed Comfort if you are looking for a quality job by professionals with a friendly smile.

We were having issues with our Air Handler, and Kris from Guaranteed Comfort did a great job of checking all of our systems and explaining what was going on. He took the time to make sure everything was working correctly, and we felt a lot better after his visit.
