I just had my furnace and AC replaced by CK Mechanical. The experience was great to say the least. The price is extremely competitive, i had 4 other quotes and CK beat them all. The installers were extremely professional and made sure everything was working and that i knew how the system worked before they left. They preformed quality work with quality parts, i especially like that the furnace was propped up above the floor making cleaning much easier. I highly recommend them!

Had my instant hot water heater replaced under warranty. Once the claim was approved CK arrived the next day and had the device replaced in a couple hours. Techs were polite and didn’t leave a mess.

Got a call back first thing in the morning, this was not an emergency call. The furnace was running by 2:00 that same day. Great work guys!

Our air conditioner and furnace are very old and we were concerned when the air conditioner was no longer cooling the house. Due to a previous positive experience when we first moved to Windsor, we decided to call C.K. Mechanical again. The technician arrived less than two hours after the call. Although we knew that we would, most likely, need a new air conditioner and furnace, the technician explained the current problem clearly and did not attempt to upsell us at any time. More importantly, he took the time to answer all of our questions. It was a very positive experience without any stress.

Mike and Saif arrived right on time and got right to work. I think they only took maybe 20 minutes for lunch and continued working throughout the day. The job encompassed removing a 40+ year old heat pump and electric furnace and installing a new AC and gas furnace. (Check out the before and after photos). Needless to say there were some modifications needed to accommodate the new equipment. They did this with a level of professionalism and courtesy that seems very rare these days.

Both were quick to answer any questions I had as was their colleague who came over to complete the AC installation and set up. CK was referred to me as being a honest and well qualified HVAC company and this has proven true from the time of the estimate. Everyone I've dealt with from Yassir, the co-owner to Nawar (who dealt with the paperwork) to Mike and Saif (who installed 0 the equipment) has been quite frankly exceptional.

CK quoted the best price for the level of equipment required by our home and outdistanced their competition. Prior to deciding on CK, we got much higher quotes for much less efficient equipment - some of the quotes were stunning (and not in a good way).

There are many companies that say service is their hallmark. CK's service, value and honesty puts them way ahead of the pack. I would recommend them without hesitation.

CK did an outstanding job on my HVAC project. The whole crew were very personal, professional & polite. I am very satisfied and happy with the end results. I would recommend the entire CK Team for HVAC services.

I bought a furnace 12 years ago and needed a central air unit last month. The first place l called was CK Mechanical. They have never let me down and always the best price. I am a shopper so of coarse l checked around for prices. I had 2 friends buy what l just bought for $2000 more( same unit.) My unit has 10 yrs pts and labour where they got only 4 years.The servicemen with CK are always pleasant and go that extra mile. Im not one to do reviews but for them l wanted too. Thank CK for always coming through for me.

down to the basement where he explained what he was going to do .. he completed his work & came upstairs told me all was complete .. asked if I had any questions .. told him no thank you ..You have already answered all my questions & concern & in a very positive way. CKMechanical has been my choice now for 6 years& always will be.

Technician was on time for the appt. Did a nice job installing the furnace humidifier. Cleaned up all debris after the job. Explained how the system worked.

Service technician was quite knowledgeable. My issue was with the price of the new pressure switch. He told me that it was a regular $250 but he could reduce it to $180. I checked on amazon and can buy the switch for $85. This has shaken my confidence with this company. I will think twice on who to call for service next time.

Our service person Oneal has been here twice. Once at the end of summer for our AC, which he added dye to and said he has to come back in the Spring to find the leak and this time too replace a switch in the furnace. Both these service calls were done with complete professionalism. Oneal is a compliment and true value to your company.

I’ve used CK Mechanical a couple times for emergency services and they are always so prompt, extremely reasonable and they stand behind their services. Each person is so pleasant to deal with. I’ve literally never had a negative experience with them in any regard. They go above and beyond!

Great service. The workers stayed all day regardless of the cold. Did let the door open a few times though, which let the cold come inside the house while I had no heat. Otherwise, they were great.
