Stephan came and gave us a quote for furnace and A/C. Pricing was very competitive. There was no pressure to sign up unlike salesman from other company.
When the installers (Matt, Marcel and Cale) showed up to install furnace and A/C they were very professional explained everything and answered all my questions. They cleaned up everything when they were done and made sure I was satisfied. Stephan who quoted the job showed to make sure I was happy with the work done. I told him the guys did an excellent job. I highly recommend Guaranteed Comfort Heating and Cooling when looking to replace your Furnace and A/C.

Guaranteed Comfort had the best price of 4 bids I received on a new HVAC system. Stephan and his crew arrived on time and completed the removal of my old system and installation of a new Amana heat pump and gas furnace in one day. They were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to train me on use of the new smart thermostat and other elements of the system. The heat pump provided great cooling during our recent heat wave and is super quiet compared to my old AC unit, the furnace fan is so quiet I cannot hear it at all. I am very happy with my choice of an Amana system and I am confident that if there are ever any issues the Guaranteed Comfort service reps will not let me down. I highly recommend Guaranteed Comfort Service as well as the Amana product.

Chris came out to diagnose the problem. He was very pleasant and provided me a couple of options. I decided to go with a new a/c unit, and he told me the service manager would be in touch with me. Stephan called me later that night and came out to have a look and assess the area outside (in a crazy rainstorm, no less) and discussed with me the process of a new install as they were going to have to relocate the unit and run new lines. They were able to do the job the very next day. They arrived when they said they would and the two young men, Matt and Dante, did a fabulous job on the installation, both outside and inside. They did the job while I was at work and when I arrived home everything was so neat and tidy, I wouldn't have known they'd been here except that my house was cool! Stephan followed up after the install to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions I may have had.
All of the individuals involved were so pleasant and polite. It was truly such a 'Comfort'able experience. I 'Guarantee' you will be pleased.

They were fantastic!!! We contacted them on a Sunday morning about our furnace going down on coldest weekend we have had in years. They were out within 2 hours, again on a Sunday. Diagnosed problem. Had to wait til Monday to purchase motor. Monday morning first thing they were out and repaired it. Great service! Highly recommended

Had and outdoor hvac system replaced and a heat pump installed in our upstairs space. Chris, Mike, Pat and Aidan did the work. Very professional and pleasant. This company installed the mini split heat/AC pumps for our home. There has been a ridiculous amount of issues and wasted time trying to fix them for over a year now.

We have been multiple issues that always require multiple appointments to come out. Every "fix" does not last long. One big issues stems from them installing the unit incorrectly.

The most recent issue is we've waited three months for two of our split units to work. No heat, during these past few winter months. We've waited 2 months on a part that was backordered, only to be told today there is another issue. That they can't fix and have to come back. No solution again. The tech who arrived also smelt terribly of cigarettes.

At this time I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

I saw on their website they have 50 years of servicing this area. They currently have a 4.9 rating out of 171 reviews. That seems very fishy they only have that many reviews since 2010 (Google reviews were available). I'm to believe you only get an average of 10 reviews per year?

Amazing service, amazing product. It has been almost 2 months since they installed a new heat pump and everything is running great so far. Stephan gave me a quote earlier in the year. I spent some time shopping around but I could not find an HVAC installer that beat their price. I finally emailed them to see if the quote was still good. They came and installed it after my application for the rebate was approved (which they took care of). The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They did not ask for a deposit or rush to bill me until they made sure that the system was running. Paying was painless.

These guys never try to upsell unlike many companies I dealt with. They give you honest and professional opion and recommendation and let you make your own decision. I have seen all kinds of dishonest and annoying HVAC people but GCH is not one of them. I highly recommend these guys.

Very good company to work with Technicans were easy to understand workmanship was superb They were very considerate of our ptoperty. Spent time exposing and showing us how the system works. We had a heat exchanger installed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Hvac co. This is a trustworthy company.Both the customer service staff and the installation technicians are very friendly and professional. The technicians are very serious when installing the air conditioning system, even in cold weather. This is A reasonable priced and well serviced company also, I highly recommend their products and services.

From getting a quote to the installation, everything went smoothly. Yassir did a great assessment prior to giving the quote and Nawar was a pleasure to deal with! Nawar always answered all our queries very quick. The installation team did an excellent job with cleanliness and completing it in a timely manner. The only suggestion which would have elevated our total experience even better would be if the condensate pump was included in the price quoted because it is a city requirement anyway. All other quotes I received included a free condensate pump. Otherwise, no doubt CK mechanical team is one of the best HVAC company in the city.
