Hadi from Ck Mechanical Heating and Cooling arrived yesterday to fix and clean our gas fireplace. Hadi did a great job cleaning the glass and inside of the fireplace. He also fixed the fireplace so that the pilot light worked again. He was very informative and explained what was wrong and showed what he was doing to fix it. We will definitely use this company and this employee in the future!

technician O'Neil came over to look at both my furnace and hot water heater as an annual review and located a problem with my water heater. he was able to fix it in both a timely and efficient manner. he was knowledgeable and polite. i would not hesitate to call ck mechanical again.

CK Mechanical is absolutely amazing! Our AC broke and they fit us in as soon as possible. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend!

I had a hard time with a few different heating and cooling businesses when my AC unit was making a loud noise. CK came out right away and didn't give me a hard time. They worked with me on the manufacturing warranty and got the job done. The housing for the blower motor was the wrong part, but they didn't charge me until they ordered the right one and replaced it. Overall great service and the technician was very respectful and efficient. Thank you.

Had to repair an old gas fireplace.Pricing is upfront. Diagnosis and repair were very quick, in my case repaired within an hour. Very pleased with the service!

This is not a good company, They DO NOT honour the warranty ! They tell you they had to use the required part from Their stock. And then they charge you anyway for the part, A 200 dollar part that sould have been covered under warranty.They are a very misleading company, They also drilled holes where I asked them not to, when they installed my new Furnace, They did not consult me about it at all, even when I asked them not to. After 4 months of use on a new furnace, they had to come out and fix it, They wanted to charge my double the service call fee because they could not get here as they say before 6 pm. After several phone calls they did agree to charge me for the reg service call. Do not use this company!

I would highly recommend this company.
The technicians were meticulous in cleaning the fireplace. Their knowledge of what needed to be replaced was comforting to know.
Communication was excellent as they explained fully the details of the problem we were having and the part that needed to be replaced.

Hadi came right on time and as promised called 5 minutes before arrival. He had it up and running in no time. Cleaned it till it looked like new. My wife is over the moon.
All at a very reasonable price. I will be calling on them for any other HVAC needs if needed

I had my Napoleon gas fireplace serviced, The tech was ok no issues with his service, got it fired up. I was also having problems with the blower. I asked for an estimate on the blower replacement. I received an email from CK with a total. I felt that the cost of the estimate in my opinion was excessive for a simple repair. This was their estimate Total $759.93 . So I looked up the parts and it was under 100 bucks, those parts are plug and play its a fairly simple repair. I contacted CK and wanted a breakdown of the estimate with associated costs. They refused to supply me with a breakdown and this was their reply , I copied this directly from their E mail.

Unfortunately we do not provide any cost breakdowns for the labor and parts/materials. We use a flat-rate pricing model. Whether a repair will take our technician 10 minutes or whether it takes them 4 hours, we would charge the same amount.
Regarding your concern about the part costing only $80, yes a version of it may be available online at a lower price. However, we carry parts in stock to provide immediate service, which avoids delays and ensures your system is handled correctly the first time. That convenience, speed, and peace of mind is part of the value we offer.
I was absolutely astounded with that response ! They would not provide me with an itemized price list. I was not at all satisficed with their reply at all. We as consumers deserve to have a cost breakdown !

Second time I have used CK for urgent repairs at my daughter's apartment, first no hot water, this time no heat. Both times service was fast and priced reasonably. Invaluable when you are dealing with an absentee landlord

Arrived promptly during the service window provided. Remedied the gas fireplace issue for manual operation until parts were available. Organized, respectful of our home, and very efficient with the repair in a timely manner. Have added the contact for future issues to our Valor fireplaces service provider

The fireplace install looks great. The crew was on-time. They maintained attention to detail and offered things to consider that improved the appearance of the finished work. Everything was reviewed and explained. The worksite was cleaned up at the end, the old unit removed. A Technician stopped by to ensure everything was working properly . A very good experience. I recommend.

CK did an excellent job!! My furnace went out and they were there within 90 minutes. Tony, Jerry and Logan were very knowledgeable, neat and thorough. I strongly recommend this company!!
