We called four companies to get quotes on a new furnace/ac system. Two of them came, took pictures and measurements then emailed us a quote.
I know nothing about these systems so the emails were of no help to us. The third company didn’t even show up.

Then Stephan came to give us a quote. He took so much time explaining to us all of our options and what the differences were. He was so professional and not the least bit pushy. We took a few weeks to decide but when we still couldn’t decide, Stephan came back and spent more time helping us make our decision. Which we made that day. We went with Bosch Heat Pump system and we’re so happy with it.

The installation team was amazing. So clean and professional.

We feel very lucky to have had Guarantee Comfort Heating and Cooling take care of us. We were not initially sure who to contact regarding our furnace and air conditioning issues. We took a chance on the Google reviews with respect to contacting Guaranteed Comfort Heating and Cooling and we are glad that we did so. Matt and his team were super responsive and provided us with an excellent job. All of the staff that attended our home where extremely professional and polite. The work they did was first-class and was provided on a timely basis. They were also extremely clean in the way that they worked. You would not have known that they were even there. We would not have any hesitation in referring them to our family and friends.

Came across Guaranteed while shopping for a new HVAC system. I dealt with Stephan who was very patient in explaining the ins and outs of the new technology and was very professional and a phone call away during the entire process. As well pricing was very competitive. Lastly installers Matt and Dante did a fantastic job addressing all our concerns. They were extremely knowledgeable and completed a great install leaving us extremely pleased. Thank you gentlemen.

Mike and Chris came to our home for the A/C installation and they were extremely professional and very neat with their work as well as super effecient. They are the best try definitely ask them to help with any A/C installation needed if I were able to add another start I would one hundred percent do it. Thank you Mike and Chris.

I had to help my disabled neighbor after explaining the situation to them they did their best to find me a cheaper part man gave me a break on installation this is a company that works for the community

We had a new furnace and A/C installed.
Matt and Dante installation was perfect.
They were polite and professional, paid attention to details and corrected any existing issues.
Also took time to show and explain how to setup theromstat and how it works.
The after the installation was complete the clean up was 100%, the floor was swept and no loose garbage or material left behind.
I would recommend Guaranteed Comfort to anyone for any heating and cooling services.
I also want to mention that they sales person (Stephan).
Very knowledgeable of all products, takes time to explain the product and the pricing is very good.

We are very pleased with our new large windows. Vince and his crew arrived on time and were so polite and professional. They paid attention to the smallest details and completed the job and cleaned up the work place beautifully. We couldn’t be happier, definitely will have them back in the future

Unprofessional service. Totally ghosted in the response to repair under warranty part.
They wont even justify the charges and would keep ghosting. I am pretty sure they would maximise their effort to remove my review from their location by going out of the way by reaching out to google team. I hope they made similar effort for customer service.
Never again go with this company. They are good just till they onboard new customers.

Within 2 weeks of quoting we had a new AC at a really great price, the installers were very professional and tidy. 10/10 Would recommend and payment was super easy too.

This is the 3rd installation that I've done with Guaranteed Comfort, the service and the price are second to none. The installers were clean and professional. My new Mitsubishi Mini Duct system looks great and I am sure will last for years to come.

We had them install heating and cooling at our home. They completed the job in good time better than expected. They were very professional and demonstrated above average expertise. They left a well organised work area with no cleanup necessary on our part.
