Rudy was great at communicating with us when his expected arrival time was delayed due to traffic. He was also thorough in diagnosing the problem we were having with our range and explaining how to use different features it offers.

I had two appliances serviced/fixed by Xigent, plus Lamar had to come a second time with a helper to unstack my w/d. All three employees that came to my house were exceptionally friendly, clearly very experienced and competent, considerate of my home, on time, and communicated when to expect them (accurately)! I was very pleasantly surprised at such all-around excellent service, especially when such a thing seems more and more rare these days! Lamar and Rudy (and the other man who’s name I didn’t catch) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I was very comfortable having each of them in my home. Very well-deserved 5 stars!!

Unfortunately they were not able to ascertain where my Maytag was leaking. They only charged me for a call out but I still have a leaky wash machine.
Update... I took the front door off this afternoon and found the problem in just a couple of minutes. Seems like this should have been something they were able to find on there own. Not happy with them and will NEVER have them out again.

Xigent fixed my washer after 3 visits, however, the technician left the ‘drum’ of the washer and an additional large pice that were replaced for me to dispose of. When I called the technician shortly after he left when I discover this, he refused to come back and dispose of this part, and advised me that it’s my responsibility as the customer to dispose of all the broken parts. This has never been the case in any home repair I have done. The washer is fixed, but it ended on a sour note of poor customer service.

Darin came a little later than scheduled but he did call and let us know there will be a delay. I was greatly appreciated and outstanding on his part. He did an excellent job repairing our dishwasher. And he has a great friendly personality and had a few moments to spare when the repair was finished for some friendly discussion. I highly recommend his services and I hope that landmark continues to contract with him.

It was a pleasant experience. The technicians had great communication and were friendly, efficient, and organized. They were patient with my barking dogs.

We felt like Jimmy F. was the best person we could ever hope for to come repair our dishwasher, he was on time, kind, courteous, and was an obvious expert. 5 stars.

Aside from the replacement equipment taking so long to arrive, the repair experience went very well. Mark kept me apprised of the status of the replacement equipment and your repairman was very efficient, and courteous. He repaired my oven and put everything back in place. He did a great job! I gave 4 stars because of having to wait so long for the replacement equipment to arrive.

From the initial phone call for service I was impressed by their professionalism. I love supporting small businesses and our repairman Rudy was amazing. I am thankful they were quick to schedule me and updating their show up time (which was also sooner than quoted). They completely understand how important the use of one’s appliance is in a functioning home. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I love this technician. Super nice and knowledgeable. He had to replace my thermostat 3 times. Not his fault. This last time it appeared to do better, but we really won't know until I try baking in it. We'll see. But for the service and the tech I will give 5 stars. If I need to call them again it will be considered unrepairable and I will need a new oven.

Mike was the technician who came to troubleshoot my washing machine. He was prompt, efficient, thorough and professional. I also appreciate hi excellent communication.

My home warranty company chose Xigent to fix my washing machine and I could not have asked for better service! Scheduling was easy, communication was great and Ernesto was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am very pleased with this company.

Darin J was very good and knowledgable, punctual and quick. He knew the answers to all of my questions. I now need to call in regarding our range that’s become unreliable re temperature control and set up a new work order for him to look at more items.

However he was unable to fix the two large cracks in the interior walls of the fridge.

I had the best experience! The guy who came out was incredibly professional and really listened to what I needed. He showed up right on time and even called me beforehand, which I really appreciated. The cherry on top? Fidelity insurance took care of the repair! Now my dryer is working like new again. So happy with how everything turned out!

Terrible experience.

I have a washer that's still under warranty but the company Maytag was going to send out was going to take almost 3 weeks. Since I had standing water because it was a potential drain clog I called Xigent and they said if it was just a simple clog they could do that but if it was a pump I'd be better off to use the warranty. I was very clear when making the appointment that it was under warranty.

When the technician Mike came to my house he did not open or any panels or evaluate anything on the washer just looked at the outside and told my son that he didn't have the part so it wasn't going to take it apart. When I called Xigent and told them that the technician did literally nothing besides step into my house they told me that they wouldn't touch a washer that's under warranty.

Since I was clear about the warranty when I scheduled I asked for my money back ($100 just to come out) since they knew they weren't going to do anything for me before they even came out. When they didn't call me back as promised after 2 days I went to the office and the manager Mark was disinterested and even though he acknowledged they should have never come out in the first place only refunded half of the charge but told me they weren't going to do more than that.

I would absolutely not recommend this company and the person who referred me no longer will either. They may do good work when they actually evaluate appliances but I wouldn't know. Still have water in my washer and waiting on Maytag.

Rudy got right to work to assess the dishwasher.
Not only did he address the leak but he also found some wheels that were missing on the racks. He explained to me why the machine was leaking and showed me the suds in the machine

We are very happy with the service that Rudy provided fixing my dishwasher. Rudy found the issue (motor needed replacing) and fixed it. He is very organized and knows his stuff, so don't lose him!
