I wanted to say Mike is awesome. I DIY everything when things break down. I've had issues with a washer, then a dryer, and today my fridge. Each time I called Mike. Mike helped me troubleshoot each one and seemed happy to do so. After helping me troubleshoot each one he also assisted me in finding hard to find replacement parts that I couldn't. Each time he did so just to be kind and help. The washer and dryer both worked and I have no dought my fridge will be back running when my part is delivered in the morning. I just wanted to say thank you! You are amazing. You will always be my first choice and I hope others will read this and also make you their number one choice.

Wow, I cannot believe how incredibly nice and helpful Mike is! I’m totally blown away. He helped me figure out what part I needed and told me where to order it over the phone without even charging me! I will definitely be calling him with any other appliance issues and he even said when we are in the market for any new appliances to call him and he’ll tell us what not to buy. Such a great, helpful guy!

Mike was very nice and polite. He spent 5-10 minutes listening to my dryer and diagnosed $1,000 worth of repairs on my 20+ year old dryer. I ended up choosing a different repair service in town. He responded to our call quickly, but I wish I would've waited for someone else to begin with.

I gave them a call. Mike answered. I told him my sob story. On the spot, he looked up all of the part numbers I needed, and told me that I could get them cheap on Amazon. He didn’t get my business this time, but I highly respect his willingness to help me out with my own repair, even though he didn’t get anything out of it. That’s the kind of business I’ll go to in the future, and I thought you should know. I hope your interactions with Mike are as good as mine has been.

I would 1000% recommend Mike's Appliance Repair. On my initial call to him he tried diagnosing the issue over the phone before even coming out trying to save me the service call. When he determined he'd need to come out and look at our washing machine he was able to fit me in between appointments almost immediately. He gave me multiple options for repair, and was able to determine the problem while at our house. When we found out the part needing replacement was out of stock with an unknown date of availability he was honest, and helpful in assisting me with choosing a replacement washer that he wasn't trying to sell me himself. At the end of the day he ended up waiving our service call fee because he wasn't able to repair the washer due to lack of parts availability. I'll definitely call Mike again the next time I need help with an appliance would recommend the same to anyone else!

He came out evaluated my cooler and helped me make good decision. And on top of that he was easy to work good communication over the phone and texting. I own operate a small business and its important to do a good job. And he dose a great job.

I had an emergency repair that was needed on a refrigerator. With a phone call Mike gave me some friendly advice on what his experience was wrong. He also provided me a phone number to call for the parts. Now my refrigerator is working because of his advice. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his busy day to discuss with me. Not everyone is as helpful when they can be. Mike is a great guy and I can't thank him enough. Thank you Mike you rock!

Mike is very knowledgeable about the appliance business. He gives straightforward answers and recommendations. Due to the age and brand name of our refrigerator, Mike recommended that it be replaced — not be repaired. He gave us a very professional and detailed explanation. We are going to take Mike’s good advice. Based on the time Mike spent on the telephone conversation we had with him, and his patience and kindness in answering all our questions, we would certainly use his services for any other appliance problems we may have in our home in the future.

My 82 year old mom's stove went out. She loves to cook even at her age so we called them to see if they could fix it. Mike the owner answered the phone and proceeded to explain to my mom his opinion and I could here him she was on speaker phone. Mike is a one of a kind that let my mom know in the most honest way what he knows and what she should do. He could be compared to being to the Jordon of what he does. He's the owner h we knows what he is doing. But I was so amazed at Mike for talking to my mom like it was his mom and gave her the most honest talk I've ever heard. I didn't know that we even had people so honest and good as Mike was on the phone. He basically saved her 700 dollars on what he was advising and he knows a lot. He did not know my mom at all so I know he treats all his customers this way and he deserves every thing good I'm saying. I love you Mike the way you talked and the advice you gave her. You are the best and I want everyone to know it. You are the best

My elderly parents called around to various appliance repair shops only to get the run around. Mike came out and fixed my parents washer. Charged a reasonable fee. Apparently it was an easy fix, and said if the problem happened again he would come out and fix it for free. Great service. Honest person. Highly recommend.

I’m totally in love with Mike! After calling 4 repair services who were all too busy to take a look at my refrigerator within 2 weeks, I called him. He asked very smart questions, diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me how to fix it. Honest repairman are so scarce. I’m afraid he is not a very good business man, because the time he spent on the phone with me explaining and instructing me without a charge. Our world needs more repairmen like Mike. I highly recommend Mike for his work. Though I did not directly hire him rather my landlords, I have to say this was exceptional service. He diagnosed our oven... turned out the oven just really needed to be replaced. He also knew right away what was wrong with our own personal BRAND NEW delivered the day before he showed up washer and told us exactly how we needed to handle it with samsung. I was so worried it was going to be a whole week before I could cook a real meal for my family. The next morning I got a text saying he could come by in a few hours to install our new stove. Remarkable and friendly. I wish I could give him 10 stars

Mike is a incredibly knowledge, helpful and honest person. Had an issue with washer and we diagnosed the issue over the phone with just a brief description. Then recommended me the the part to fix it and gave me a brief description on how to do it myself. I replaced the part myself and it works like brand new. Didn't have to pay for a service call or any of his time and knowledge just had to pay the part. Truly an incredible experience. Will recommend to anyone that wants honest and helpful service from a genuinely kind person.

Mike scheduled our appointment for the day after I called for a repair for our dryer. He was on time for the appointment and carried out a very thorough examination on the dryer. The dryer need a new heating element, and he installed a new one. He cleaned the dryer from top to bottom and explained exactly what he was doing. The cost of his work was very reasonable. We will use his services again when we need help! We highly recommend his knowledge and professional skills.

BEST service I have ever received! He's professional, honest,punctual, has great communication and very transparent. I absolutely reccomend him. Samsung washer needed new springs (after two years 🙄) he gave me two different ways to purchase the spings. Manufactured or reinforced upgraded ones by another company. Transparent pricing. I chose and purchased the ones I wanted. Let him know when they arrived and he came the next day to install. Soooo painless and stress free. We were charged the service call and install. Which was a VERY reasonable rate. Payment was only due after washer was fixed. 30 day warranty on labor.
