Horrible service. Takes forever for them to come out. Show up on the wrong day that you did not agree on and blames you for the mix up! Call them and a rude women acts like helping you is the worst part of her day. When they finally came out to "fix" my dryer due to it not heating, the next time I used my dryer, after 10 mins, this horrible loud clunky noise happened. Upon calling them, they treated us like we were a huge inconvenience and stated they'd call us when they figure out when they could come and fix their mistake! They still have not called. My dryer never had this problem. Very very unprofessional, the whole team.

Mike took on a warranty refrigerator repair. We waited for him to order our parts and coordinate the repair. He assured me it would not take months. After one month passed with no updates I started calling and leaving messages which were not returned. I put another inquiry into the refrigerator company who were of course able to get a hold of him and find out he was not following through on the repair. Thanks for making us wait a month for nothing! A courtesy call to let us know he was not able to coordinate this repair should have been made to us. We will not use him again. Find another repair person if you want timely and communicative service!
