Great service. I already pretty much knew that the compressor was shot. But I needed confirmation and professional feedback as to whether to chase the warranty or just buy a new fridge as this one was only 17 months old. They unfortunately don't handle butane compressors. Helpful and worth the service call.

Ernesto did an amazing job! He was prompt and on time. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem, and he went the extra mile and cleaned out my entire dryer, which was filthy! He is a great technician, and I appreciate all the help that he gave today. Would highly recommend Xigent Appliance Repair, and especially Ernesto! This is another great service call that I’ve had with this company and will continue to use them.

I normally don’t give shout outs online but I HAD to share that Jim, the Angel that fixed my refrigerator, is top notch! He is very kind too. As a single mom and a nurse at the VA, I want to say thank you!!! I felt very comfortable with his presence and I just highly recommend them for business. Thank you Jim, we salute you!!!

My appointment was actually scheduled for tomorrow but a technician (Mike) was in the area and they managed to come out today instead. He was able to quickly identify the issues and repair them all in less than 30 minutes. He also did some extra work to make the system more efficient and provided suggestions on what I could do to make it even better. Highly recommend!

Silent was the company that was sent to me by my home warranty. They were GREAT. They came promptly and when they needed an odd part, kept in touch with me about delivery and repair. When the part didn't arrive promptly from the warranty company, they ordered it themselves. I am happy with their service.
Rudy fixed my microwave and my downdraft on my stove.

Service guy was great. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. Aside from a part issue, our problem was identified quickly and fixed quickly. Price seemed reasonable. Would recommend and use Xigent again.

Do not use this company for any repair. They are unwilling to listen to reason and accept responsibility for their own actions. They came to my home to fix a washing machine but made it worse. Then would not take responsibility for the damage they caused. When asking for reimbursement they refused and blamed me for damage caused by their employee. My home warranty company has also flagged Xigent as a company to not request service from. Do not use this company or take any recommendations to have them repair your appliances.

Both my washer and dryer needed repair.
I called to schedule service. They were able to come out in a couple days. Mike showed up, was polite, knowledgeable, and prepared with parts on hand to fix both. Cost was affordable and now I have working appliances. I’m very happy with my experiences and will definitely call them again if needed. Thank you Mike. I appreciate it!

Called 3 times - different times - different days - 2 messages ..... NO RESPONSE! Apparently not interested.

Talked me through it, not a big deal when the back of fridge iced up. After 24 hours back in business. Stand up guy.

Very polite and was quick to help. Showed me how to fix my dryer belt right there on the spot.

Service was great and friendly, but unfortunately we couldn't agree on a price, but they did help out amongst other things.

Had a freezing issue with my fridge. He walked me through the issue on the phone and showed me how to fix it. I will be using him for any other appliance issues I have in the future.

Called valley appliance they came and did a wonderful job

He did not even call back. Don't have any idea why. I left a message at 9:22p.m. on the 12th now it's 4:56p.m. on the 13th. Why am I not worth the callback?
