After my water heater went on the Fritz I called Brass Plumbing, they were EXCELLENT to work with! The man that fixed it was polite, professional and had us all ready and running quickly! Would HIGHLY recommend using them for all your plumbing needs!

I had a leaking shower valve and I twisted the housing trying to remove the old cartridge. Jason was able to get my shower back in operation with better flow than before.

Today, a quarter of a century later, Midway still provide excellent customer service. Stephanie is a trusted and very knowledgeable professional on all plumbing fixtures, configurations and parameters. As a second generation businessperson at Midway, she exceeds all customer expectations. She is a person to trust. Melissa, is an excellent customer service professional and stops at nothing to help. By conscience Jason, who now works for Midway, was our plumber 26 years ago. Jason, now with Midway, remembers everything about a project, is an incredibly talented plumber and provides exemplary service in everything he does. Lance is on the lookout to do whatever he can to serve his customers. Though he was not very involved in our project, he was there when we needed him. If you are searching for a company to provide stellar service, incredible follow-through, and personalized care, you will find all of that in Midway Plumbing. Excellent customer service and professional work! Jason was out to replace my outdoor hose valves and did a great job! One went the easy way and the other went the hard way forcing him to crawl under the house. He crawled through the tightest crawl space known to man and got it completed! Im a very happy customer!
