If you’re looking for fast, reliable, honest plumbing services, North Point is where you want to look. My water heater died, so we were without hot water. Other companies came out and gave me quotes that were sky high, preying on the fact that I had an urgent repair. Derrick charged me just a fraction of what the other companies were bidding and had my new water heater installed the next day. The job was done fast, clean, and professional. I will absolutely call North Point the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I would highly recommend North Point Plumbing. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in on Monday afternoon! (Non-emergency call) They were on time, very polite, and did excellent work at a reasonable price. I've got myself a new plumber! Will do many more projects with them in the future.

Miles came out to unclog our kitchen sink. He took his shoes off at the door! We loved that!

Miles came out to fix a leak and repair a pipe. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to answer questions I had. He made sure everything was complete, cleaned up, and that I was satisfied with his work. He was kind to my daughter who was very curious about what he was doing and did not make me feel like she was in the way at all, even though she probably was for a little. I appreciate how nice he was and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. I absolutely will use his services again when I need more plumbing work done.

On time and came out quickly. They were kind to not only us but also patient with our barking dogs. Curious about the new person in the the house. He worked quick to solve our plumbing issue and finished work efficiently.
We are now able to wash our clothes without water spraying everywhere.

I hired this company to do a dead simple replacement of a leaky hose bib. Never in my life did I think I would be charged $620 to replace one hose bib by an apprentice plumber AND have them somehow damage plumbing on the opposite side of the house I ordered the work on. This company also charges $99 just to give you a bid. Ludicrous.

The plumber (who the company sent a text message telling me he wasn't even a journeyman yet) was supposed to replace a hose bib on the south side of my house which he did (the reason I gave 2, not one star. The job was technically done). Somehow, the hose bib on the NORTH side of my house was left rotated 90 degrees. Why in the world he touched that I don't know. I asked for a bid for some future work involving that faucet, but rotating it was just odd and unnecessary. He also left a random pipe fitting around his work area and turned off the breaker to the hot water heater without turning it back on.

The worst bit was he used brass fittings on galvanized pipe, which he knew was galvanized because he mentioned it as he did the repair. Brass and galvanized will react and corrode. So this expensive repair will someday become a headache to fix. Again.

Honestly, I wouldn't care about the north bib or the breaker if I wasn't charged an outrageous amount by someone who was still an apprentice. Absolutely ridiculous.

The experience we had today with Miles, the plumber, rates as an A+. He did all the things that you would want from a professional. He explained the options, answered our questions, did the job quickly but thoroughly, and made sure we were happy with his work. But he did much more. He welcomed me watching him do his work, and talked through everything he was doing so that I'd understand. He made a couple of changes to the piping to improve the system without any additional cost, and explained the benefits these created. He was patient and considerate. He was honest and personable. Bottom line: he made the experience a downright pleasant one. He's an excellent plumber and a nice human being.

We needed a repair quick, and they fit us into their busy schedule. I got great communication from the office on arrival time, working around my busy life. Our technician was straight to the point, gave options, and was patient while we sorted it out. Miles was super friendly, and we would recommend him anytime!

This may not be the case for all plumbing issues, but for our needs - it was a huge win.

Got me in quickly for an appointment, had a few issues while on the job, they handled them quickly and stayed till the job was done. Miles made sure to explain everything to me about what they were doing and why and they were up front about pricing. I have used them in the past and will in the future and have recommended them to friends and family.

I'm a sixty-year old woman that feels taken advantage of by this company. I was charged 2200.00 for repairs that sounded more complicated than they turned out to be. Both plumbers spent 2.5 hours installing a new single handle bathroom faucet, repaired a pipe on top of the hot water heater by cutting and replacing a small piece of pipe and they removed a leaky waterline in the kitchen. Now there is a pool of water under the repaired sink in bathroom where the shut off valves are. When I went in person to complain I was told that the plumbers didn't turn off the water at the valve and instead shut off the water outside. Long story short, I was told the work would take around four hours which comes out to eight man hours and I agreed to the price not realizing the work was not nearly as complex as I thought. I feel after talking to other plumbing companies that I was overcharged by double what the normal charges should of been. They refuse to do anything to rectify the situation.
