This company is very unreliable. Two days in a row they called and canceled my appointment with them at the last minute. The receptionist who called to inform me of my canceled appointments was rude also. No way to run a business

Best plumbers in Salem! They are knowledgeable, timely, and fixed my plumbing problem immediately.

Tried to call, but switchboard only allows local area codes, i have a 360 area code but own property that needs work in salem, tried to call for a bid and the switchboard software merely stated that service isnt allowed in my area and hung up.

He was empathetic when we called and he gave us the necessary details on the phone. Also, he arrived within the time frame he gave us which was wonderful.

Water under the bridge- we purchased the new faucet, I'll replace it myself.

After being without hot water for the weekend and leaving a message. We got a follow up call first thing Monday morning and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of hours later. Allen arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He politely fixed my problem and left without charging me. When I had a pipe burst in my house earlier this winter during the freezing temperatures I called Einstein and they got to my house quickly and had the pipe fixed the same day. The experience was highly professional and it was very apparent these guys know their stuff. I would highly recommend Einstein Plumbing in Salem for anyone with plumbing needs.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from the receptionist to the Plumber who came to my house. I highly recommend Justin as he was informative and able to present me with several options for my fix. He made me feel at ease and it was like having a friend over. I will be calling him for all future plumbing needs.

I had Tony out for an examination of a potential leak from my shower drain. He did locate a small leave due to the old design of the shower or altered drain spout. He reccomend a full remodeling to properly fix the problem. I spent 4 weeks with a home warranty company fighting them to cover the repair. Tony did not have to be so helpful but through the whole 4 weeks we communicated very well and did everything possible to get the horrible home warranty to cover the repairs. Unfortunately just like all home warranty companies they refused. I ended up having to file a home insurance claim and boom things got rolling and within a couple weeks he got paid and did the full replacement of my shower. The awesome home decorator that he is picked out an awesome looking shower that is so more functional. I am very happy and so reccomend Einstein pros for plumbing. The office people are friendly and very responsive to your needs as well. Tony is a very hard worker and very good at his trade. Thank you for the hard work and being there for my needs when I know other companies would have not been so helpful.

Theses guys saved my bacon! Costco delivered but did not install a washer/dryer. Told me they could not connect because they were 'afraid of the liability' - go figure! Well, after having Einstein install a new toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago and fixed something else as well - they were the first folks I called when I was told to 'call a plumber' by the Costco delivery men. Within two hours, Einstein showed up and quickly checked things out and got me set up. These folks are relatively new to this area but have long experience in other parts of Oregon. Can't recommend them enough. They want your business and go the extra mile - just like they did today. Business service the was it used to be in years gone by. HOW REFRESHING!

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not a good one. I hired them to install a new water main, which they did, however they also cut off my irrigation line and told me they were not hired to do any work on that line, they drilled through electrical wires when installing the new line and had to pay my electrician to fix it. The parts they brought were wrong and materials needed were not thought out ahead of time, so they were at my house until after 10pm. I have water to my house, but I have a LEAK in the EXACT same spot where this all started. The owner of the company drove from Bend to look at things and after a very brief glance told me it looked fine. I asked how it could look fine when they leak was under the gravel and that he would need to dig and find out what was causing the leak since his team should have capped that line. He said "I am not digging" many times and spoke in a condescending tone. He also said that I could hire someone to look at the leak and that if in fact his men did do something wrong he would personally come back to fix it. HE DROVE 3 HOURS TO TELL ME THIS :) How much easier it would have been if he had just dug the 18" down to discover why it was leaking again since his crew were the only ones to work on that leak in the first place. I am hiring a professional company - Oregon Pump - who will not leave me stranded with a leak or offer shoddy workmanship. The Salem crew is no longer with this company, which I knew since they told me they did not care for the way the owner ran the business. I would recommend using a 5 year old to do the job before hiring these people. Call Judson's or anyone else who will stand behind their work and not leave you with more problems than what you started with. See attached photos, it is a large leak coming from the exact spot where the line should have been capped off.

Just a glowing recommendation for Einstein plumbing. Called them yesterday for a quote on a new water heater. Tony gave me three options and three prices.

I called back this morning (9am) with my decision and had a new water heater installed by 5pm. Very good service and I felt reasonable price. Using a Bradford White water heater. Not one from a big box store.

Would highly recommend over Stutzman. I called Stutzman and they wouldn’t give me any information without a service appointment. You don’t need to come to my house to tell me what a water heater costs. Einstein gave a quote over the phone and stuck to it when the job was done.

I wanted to share that my experiences were excellent with this Company. I was told by a different company I had a mainline level 3 sewage leak under the house, I was freaked out!!! Spoke with Einstein Pros for another opinion and Tony came out immediately once we spoke.
Tony determined there was NO level 3 leak, just a small leak under the house from me tightening the shower pipe a little to tightly. Evaluated and Fixed in less than 10 minutes. What a relief. Professional, on time, and honest. Fair prices !
I then hired them for a second job of stopping shower leaks, slow drips, ect, in both bathrooms and changing out two old tub diverters that were 36 years old. Tony went above and beyond to get this done for a very fair price. No leaks now, I'm happy to report !!!
Once again, this company was on time, professional, and well prepared for the job.
Great communication, and I absolutely appreciate the honest service which is hard to find these days.
I will be using this company for future repairs, and also recommending this local company to others.

My experience with Einstein Plumbing and Kyris was absolutely fantastic. He showed up to the job at the beginning of the two hour window that I was given which was great. The quality of his work and his professionalism reflects greatly upon your company. He was extremely competent in the work that he did and took the time to explain What he was doing and why he was doing it. The price was extremely fair and quality of work was outstanding.
