We used them once before to replace our garage disposal and we liked them so much we called to have our bathroom sink fixed and 2 toilets replaced. They were friendly and very efficient and came the next day for service! Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

Einstein pro is good about answering calls and fitting us in so we dont have to wait along time to get work done. They work on many of our rentals. Tony and Jared are very friendly and good at communicating. Thanks for all your help.

Tony was great! I woke up in the middle of the night with my toilet running and the water valve no longer working. I contacted Tony and he was able to fit me in that morning. He was very professional, detailed, and efficient. He also made time to look at another less urgent plumbing need and made the repair. Im very happy I went with Einstein Pros and would recommend to others!

Our water heater ruptured unexpectedly today (Saturday), so we called Tony at Einstein Pros here in Albany, and he responded immediately. He made it to our house in under 20 minutes, and in less than 15 minutes of arriving, he had our water back up and running.

Tony was extremely professional and transparent about the services we’ll need moving forward. He clearly explained the issue, walked me through our options, and made sure I understood everything before moving ahead. There was no pressure, only honest and straightforward communication.

He also promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment for the following week to get a new water heater installed. We truly appreciated the quick response time, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Tony and Einstein Pros!

Weis Plumbing of Albany is the absolute best! Out of 12 plumbers I called (yes, literally 12) they were the only ones that (a) returned my call and (b) were willing to work on a Saturday. They showed up on time, helped me move the stuff in my garage, and replaced the deceased water heater in record time. My new heroes!

Larry and his son were incredible to work with. We had a complicated sanitary sewer hookup to install and their installation was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed timely, even repairing some work by a previous crew that had been done incorrectly. Super nice people, easy to work with, veteran friendly.

Call anyone other than Weis Plumbing!
We live in a beautiful 120 year old home in Albany with plaster ceilings and walls. Ten years ago we had a leak in an upstairs bathtub (seal failed) which caused water to drain into our dining room ceiling, flowing down through our chandelier. It ruined part of our table, our table pads and left numerous flaking sections of the ceiling. We called Weis to fix the leaking drain. Unbeknownst to us, they "repaired" the seal with plumber's putty which dries out and cracks over time.
In the spring of 2024, we finally had budgeted to have our dining room ceiling repaired and painted - FINALLY!! Three months later the seal in that same upstairs tub failed and water poured down and through our ceiling again. Once again I have patches of plaster that are cracked and threatening to collapse.
Needless to say, we did not call Weis to fix it the second time. The plumber that we did call told us that it was "repaired" with plumber's putty which had dried out and cracked. They fixed it with silicone which does not dry out or crack.
I sent an email to Weis last summer explaining what had happened. Foolishly I thought that I would hear back from someone with - at a minimum - an apology for what had happened. I held out hope that they might offer to cover the cost of our latest plumber's bill or - I know crazy - offer to help cover the cost of the new repairs needed. I did not hear back in any way from them. That tells me all the rest that I need to know about this company.
Do yourself a favor and hire another reputable plumber. Don't risk your home to Weis!!!!
