Dylan did an excellent job and was very professional when he arrived. He quickly found where our leak was and today when the plumbers came out they were impressed with how accurate Dylan was. Also when I had a minor issue with our bathroom sink not having water pressure, Dylan explained that sediment probably clogged the airiator and talked me through how to fix it. Highly recommend you guys and it’s also nice that you were less expense than the competitors and could come out sooner. Thanks again!

We live about 45 minutes from Beaverton, on a community well system. Our meter showed significant water flow when no water was being used. We had a leak somewhere! Dylan responded to my call and was out the next day. With his equipment he identified a spot where he said the leak was located. After digging we found the leak in a t-joint, on our main line, “exactly” where he thought the leak was located. While the digging was not fun, I was impressed with the ability to pinpoint the location.
The communication and professionalism was good and would recommend them if you have a water leak problem.

Our experience with Leak Locaters was fantastic! My husband waited years to hire sometime to find the leak in our sprinkler system as he was sure it couldn't be done (instead he would turn the water off at the main pipe after using the sprinkler). After a little prodding, he finally decided to hire Leak Locaters, and we are so glad we did. Dylan came out and did a very thorough investigation using special tools and equipment, and I am pleased to say, our leak is now gone!! We were so impressed with the knowledge, dedication, perseverance and integrity of Dylan as he investigated all the possible leaking areas. The price was very reasonable for the service we received. The team was good and willing to help me find my water leak. The price was good. The two guys that helped me were very nice and respectable.

American Leak detection wanted close to $600 and my first born with no guarantees to find my water leak. I called Leak Locators and told them my situation. They came out same day, found the leak within 30 minutes and only charged me a quarter of what American Leak quoted me.

Dylan is truly a hero for his customers, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone dealing with leakage problems. Dylan's approach goes beyond mere leak detection. He genuinely cares about resolving the issue comprehensively. When he identified a potential leak inside the drywall, he suggested cutting a hole to investigate further. However, I was uncertain about proceeding without consulting my insurance first. Dylan went above and beyond by reaching out to his friend, who has 12 years of insurance experience, to discuss the situation. Together, they analyzed all possible outcomes, including notifying the insurance, not notifying them, or facing a premium increase if the claim was denied.

Based on his friend's advice, we decided to contact the insurance before cutting the wall. Dylan even chose not to charge me immediately, opting to wait until the insurance claim process began. His willingness to provide such valuable consulting, free of charge, was truly remarkable.

I had read glowing reviews about Leak Locators on Google, and Dylan lived up to every word. He is not only the best leak detector in town but also offers invaluable insurance consulting. If you're facing a leakage issue, Dylan is the person to call!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Technician Michael listened to my concern and communicated the issue completely. I appreciated his kindness and quick help.

Some notes to summarize our experience:
• Their tech Dylan had to come out twice to diagnose our issue, and even after that, there wasn't an accurate diagnosis. We were told to "cut into" our drywall and "take a look around."
• We diagnosed the issue ourselves, no drywall damage was needed. It was an issue that was previously brought up by us, and Dylan replied that it "wouldn't generate enough water" to cause the leak we saw. He declined to look at it directly when we described it and he was present in our house.
• We were never sent any reports (initial or follow-up), but the bill came through just fine to our same email. Odd.
• The most important part, THEY FLOODED OUR SECOND FLOOR LAUNDRY ROOM while performing diagnostics, they did not secure the washer hose back into the drain (it was placed instead of fed into it), and it flooded the room to the level that it cascaded down into the first floor.
• When this damage was brought up to the reception staff, they changed the subject. At the time we were trying to get ahold of the technician, who did not send the initial report, said they would update a new report and took over six weeks to do so (insurance would not move on to other steps without it), and stated he was on paternity leave despite previously making no indication of this and stating he would be available to help. According to the reception staff, there were no other techs that could assist save for the one that was out of the office for an extended leave.

Avoid at all costs.

Kyle and Dylan were super helpful and polite, wouldn't go with anyone else for leak detection services in the future. Call these folks! Gave us lots of good details, answered plenty of questions, all around great.

The tech who came out, Micheal, did a fantastic job. He has a lot of experience and knew how to use his instruments. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. And they charged the most fair rate out of any other company because of how simple my leak was to find.

We had Dylan from Leak locators come to our home to find a Leak in our water main. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything clearly and was able to answer all our questions. The price was as quoted and reasonable. Thank you again Dylan and leak locators.

Kyle, the tech that was sent out, was great. He was very friendly and professional. He found the leak right away and was able to offer suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I appreciate that he fit us in on a Friday afternoon.

We used Leak Locaters on 12/8/25. I called and spoke with Dylan, who sent Michael to our house the same day. Both of them were kind and professional. Michael is a gem! He is excellent at what he does, and I could see that he genuinely likes helping people solve problems. Not only did he locate the leak, but he helped me problem-solve a couple things in the house that have been bothering me for a while. Thanks to his insight, I have stopped worrying about a dripping sound coming from the other side of a wall (it's made me crazy since we bought the house.) It turns out the drip is from some kind of trap...? He described what I was hearing perfectly, explained what it is, and that it's nothing to worry about. He also had a suggestion on who to call about some light discoloration on our bedroom ceiling. After testing the walls for moisture (there was none) he suggested I reach out to an HVAC company. I wouldn't have thought to call an HVAC company for the problem, but he was right. Turns out the bathroom fan ducting was removed from the roof vent in 2017 when the roof was redone, and never hooked back up. Thanks, roofers! So, for 8 years all the moisture from showers has been going up the fan and getting trapped in the attic space, causing mold growth, high humidity house-wide, and the discolored bedroom ceiling. Yay. While nobody wants the headache of dealing with any of this stuff, working with nice, considerate people like Dylan and Michael make the process a bit less stressful. I would definitely use them again.

Leak Locaters and the tech Michael, were excellent. Easy to schedule online and Michael did an excellent job finding the leak quickly and working with the repair vendor who was also on sight. He was also very conscientious when in our home to connect to a water line. Would highly recommend them.
