Why would you close at 430 and not be open on the weekends? I know what you're answer is going to be, "the bulk of our customers are contractors," but this clearly shows a lack of business analysis. Your customers customers are home owners, these people have jobs. You are your customers show room. How do you expect contractors to sell your product for you if your showroom isn't open for the people who need it?

I was looking for a cast iron closet flange, they had one in stock and her very fast and pulling it up and having it ready for me. Highly recommend.

A complete RIP-OFF! They would not disclose ANY prices for anything to us when we went there upon the direction of our contractor. The products took months to come in. The bill from the plumber and contractor were astronomical. Two niches were delivered. I tried to get credit for the unused one and Keller Supply refused to refund the cost to me and told me to go through the exorbitant plumber (we will NEVER use again). I asked them to give me the niche back and they refused. (I was hoping to sell it on eBay to recover some of the cost. When the product arrived, some pieces were missing. When we got the bill, the plumber claims the cost of the shower fixtures was OVER $5,000 (faucet, knob, shower head, hand-held, solid-surface sides, niche - NO DOOR and NO LABOR INCLUDED IN THAT PRICE). We told them the budget when we went there to choose our fixtures. They DO NOT CARE. And to make matters worse, some of the expensive fixtures in our wayyyy-too-expensive shower are now beginning to RUST. We have taken a total of 6 showers. SIX. That's it. And the drain cover is rusting. Never, ever, EVER will I come to this place again. Total scam!

Poor service and not open to the general public. Apparently, only contractors can buy parts there. The lady failed to mention this very important fact when I told her I was planning to stop by and buy the parts today. She then proceeded to try to refer me to a contractor—I’m guessing her friend or something. So scammy.

Unprofessional, no idea about product they cell. Unless you know exectly what you need, do not go that store... Waist of time.

I'm doing a kitchen remodel, and was referred to
Keller by Crowley's Granite and Quartz. They have been wonderful to work with, both at the Lake Oswego showroom and Beaverton. I'd like to give a special shout out to Alyanna Wood at the Beaverton location. She gave me her undivided attention for over an hour and willingly answered all of my many questions. She is extremely helpful and personable. I was impressed by the depth and breadth of her knowledge. When I realized I'd made a mistake in what I ordered, she promptly helped me get it corrected.

I stopped in and received friendly care from the show room manager, Alyanna, near the end of the day. The interior is bright and Alyanna's "can do" attitude made the experience even nicer!
