Pro Drain was out same day, charged a flat rate that they freely give on their website and phone, and cleared my kitchen sink clog within an hour. They were friendly, personable, and answered all the questions I had. They will be my first call for any future drain issues.

They were able to send someone out the very day I called.
Very punctual and polite, he very thoroughly snaked the line and inspected it with a camera.
It turned out to be clear and more likely a malfunctioning, dying pump (they usually just go dead on me, so this was all new pump behavior to me).
I’m very glad to have a clogged line ruled out, as there are a lot of tree roots in the yard and it’s never been inspected. I didn’t know if replacing the pump yet again would just be wasted $ if it was a problem with the line, and it sure did seem that way to others who tested the pump. A real weight off not to have to worry about that again for a long time, and the advice about the pump is greatly appreciated. This has been a hassle to troubleshoot, since the problem is so intermittent.
I also like that they have clear pricing, and it seemed very fair, considering all the equipment he brought along and his expertise.

Andrea returned my call quickly, quoted me (fair price) and scheduled me the same day she returned the call. Later that day they sent Jordan to come out. He was friendly, personable and definitely a pro. He found an extra issue I was unaware of and fixed it real quick. Everything was done within the hour AND Jordan called his dad to ask him about paint removal for a totally unrelated project I had! Love a family business. Although I hope I don’t have to I will definitely hire these folks again ;)

The person from Pro Drain was cleaning out our bathroom tub drain & made a big hole in the pipe, which lets out water into our basement.. So the bathtub & shower are unusable now. They said they would send a plumber out to fix it eventually, but I would have to pay for it. I am hiring someone else to fix it. They said the pipes are old, and I do have an old house, but the pipes were fine until he punched a hole.

I have to thank Austen for all of his work at our home this past week. We were dealing with an incredibly stressful situation of rocks in our sewer line and he not only pulled them out one-by-one, but sent us a great referral for the excavation crew to finish the job and repair our sewer line. He was fantastic to work with and I will definitely be calling this team in the future for any plumbing issues.

Pro Drain - IS THE BEST! Our sewer pipe kept backing up no matter what we did. We were able to make an appointment for the next day with Pro Drain. We also needed a sewer scope to present to the city. Kyle came out right on time and took care of everything. He answered all our questions; he was professional and friendly. The paperwork and video scope came back to us the same day along with a very detailed description of the work that was provided. The price was more than reasonable for all the work that Kyle did and how quickly it was done.

We had a kitchen drain clogged that I tried to take care of myself the day prior for 6hrs. I tried drano, green goblin and using a diy drain auger with no success. The next day we called Pro Drain, and they were able to come out and took care of the problem in 30 minutes same day. Dan was great and you can't beat the pricing - thanks again Pro Drain!

I was very pleased with the service Thomas provided us. He was polite, really knows his business, with explanations, and even invited me to watch as he served us. As a result I better understand the workings of drain pipes and even saw in the camera the mass of roots (the root 😉 of our problem.) Thomas worked quickly, trying to stay within the time frame. A representative of Pro Drain arrived and immediately recognized our plumbing problem. He used professional equipment to quickly resolve our issue and even gave us tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. I highly recommend Pro Drain!

Moved into our house in August and discovered during the first big storm of the year our storm line was clogged and threatening to overflow into our crawl space.

In October, Thomas came out and cabled the line and removed a clog with a lot of debris and got it flowing. He clearly explained how our line is configured and warned me of the issues we may have with the line in the future (jetting the line) due to a large sag in the line, a shallow slope in the line, and tight turns around the fireplace. He was unable to get a clear video of the line due to most of the line being filled with murky water after the cabling.

Unfortunately, the heavy rains last week resulted in additional drain line overflows, so taking Thomas' recommendation I called Pro-Drain to get the line jetted out. Austin came out and jetted out the length of the drain line and removed a lot of additional solids and fines. He confirmed our line has a large sag with the low spot in the line in the back of the house. He provided several recommendations for keeping the line clear in the future.

Both Thomas and Austin were great. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and happy to explain how the drain system works and answer any questions. Pro-Drain was quick to respond, did great work, left no trace that they where here, and I believe the costs were reasonable. We will definitely use Pro-Drain again if needed and recommend to others needing service.

My plumber recommended ProDrain to clear a blockage in my kitchen drain beyond the trap. Thomas arrived promptly, got right to work, and had the drain moving in less than 30 minutes. When we called the ProDrain number, the scheduler was very polite, listened to our concerns and found the right technician to help us right away.
We had a gray water line that would overflow into the basement floor drain while doing laundry. Kyle came out the same day and with his pipe locater and video camera system, diagnosed the problem and put our concerns to rest regarding our very old piping. After solving and correcting the drainage problem, he patiently took the time to call up and explain the pipe drawings filed with the county when the cesspool was originally abandoned. The technician answered all our questions and was very competent. We were very satisfied with ProDrain's service and would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Kyle.

Pro Drain came out to clear our sanitary sewer of grease build up in preparation for a sale of our home. They were very upfront about pricing, more so than the other firms I contacted, and held to that price. Their technician, Austin, was very polite, efficient and got the job done in less than an hour. “ I don’t have sewers hydro-jetted very often, but when I do, I will call Pro-Drain!” to paraphrase the Dos-Equis guy.

Amazing! This week has been a total disaster and pro drain has fixed this issue quickly and efficiently. The guy Jordan was friendly,trustworthy and honest. He fixed a sink that two other companies could not. Roto rooter was here hours and didn’t fix a thing. The second company came and made things worse. Pro drain comes and is significantly cheaper automatically fix everything and correctly. They left everything clean and the other two made huge messes and didn’t fix a thing. Roto rooter mainly tried to sale water restoration.

Dan from Pro Drain & Rooter service came out for a clogged kitchen sink and I know I'll use them again in the future. The pricing was transparent and reasonable, referenced both over the phone and available on the website. Extra bonus that he admin I spoke with (apologies for not remembering her name) was kind and was able to quickly get a tech out the next morning.

My plumber, Dan, was prompt, polite, and efficient. He listened as I explained the troubleshooting I'd already done so he could focus on the core of the problem and talked me through my plumbing structure (because I'm just a curious person). I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a scheduled appointment with Prodrain that I needed moved to a later time and the customer service rep, Jay, was amazingly accommodating considering how backed up they were after this storm that just rolled through town. He could have given me a hard time and not gone the extra mile to move things around for the day, but he did everything in his power to try and make it work out. Whoever hires and trains your customer service team needs a day holiday bonus.
