UPDATE: I chatted with admin at the company and they cleared up miscommunication about their services. They DO have drain cleaners separately from the plumbers. So they had a drain cleaner come out today. He was great! Very nice, professional, and quick.

We hired this company because they have drain cleaning listed as a service. And due to the nature of our issue (bad smell from the drain), they recommended we have another company out first to ensure there wasn't water in our crawl space/broken piping. Which we did: and this company didn't see anything out of the ordinary in our crawl space.
Cut to our service day with Pro Drain and Rooter, our technician also saw nothing was wrong down there.
So he spent a ton of time asking me questions about the smell and in the end didn't have a solution. And when I inquired about the "drain cleaning" he said, "oh we don't do that, you'll have to have another company come out for that"
So at the end of the 20 questions, this 40 mins of NOTHING cost us over $200.

Tyler at Pro Drain is our hero! He was so understanding when we were running late for our appointment and then worked so efficiently and effectively that he was done in what seemed like just minutes! This type of service is always appreciated but it means so much more as parents to a 2 year old and a 3 day old! We are so thankful to him!

Fast, effective, reasonably priced, locally owned - Pro Drain checked all the boxes. I called them at noon, they arrived at 3:00, and in an hour they had it fixed (unclogged). I wish all plumbing companies were like this!

Pro drain was fantastic! I had a clogged drain that was backing up into my kitchen. They were able to schedule me in quickly and their prices can't be beat. Thomas arrived promptly and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently, while being so friendly. I would seriously call and ask for his help specifically in the future.

Made a phone call around 9 AM in the morning. They were here by 3 PM. Jordan showed up took care of the Clogged drain right away. Very efficient in and out whole thing took about 45 minutes what else could you ask for?😊 very happy I called them great company.

I hired Prodrain rooter to address three issues: a loose faucet in the bathroom sink, an upstairs toilet leak, and a leak under the kitchen sink. Although they correctly fixed the toilet leak, they claimed the bathroom faucet needed replacement despite being new, and failed to resolve the kitchen sink leak. When I contacted them they demanded an additional $195 to revisit the issue, which I thought was unfair since the initial problem was not fixed. I ended up hiring a handyman who resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes plus he cleaned and inspected the roof all for $75 but I have him $100.

Awesome service! Kay took my initial call and was friendly and knowledgeable! She scheduled me for a Monday and a technician/plumber was able to come early so he came out today! This was a savior !! Thomas Patrick was awesome. He cleared out drain and found a small leak and fixed that. He was professional, quick and very nice. Price was very reasonable for the work.

I'm so glad Pro Drain was recommended to me! No extra charge just to get a quote, just an easy flat fee for drain cleaning. Plus they service condos which many other plumbers don't.
Austen was super friendly and got our super deep shower clog out in under 5 minutes. He even helped out with the sink since the job was so fast! Would 100% recommend!

Had a clogged tub drain and called after hours. Got a plumber (Jordan) within an hour who fixed our clog in about 10 minutes. It was $160 plus $80 for being an emergency service, which seemed pretty fair. Kind, courteous, and efficient. Can't ask for more.

Wow, these folks are awesome. I'd been dealing with a problem of my kitchen sink backing up into laundry sink. The gentleman who arrived was professional, prompt, took care of the issue, (on very old, funky plumbing, I might add.) Cleaned up after. They were able to fit in me today. And they were half the cost I was quoted for a 3 day out appt. with another company. They came recommended by a plumber we know, and I'm so glad we called them. 100 percent recommend.

We had an urgent problem affecting the plumbing in my whole house, preventing use of all facilities. Called on a Saturday, and Rick was here within an hour of my message. The issue was fixed in less than two hours and I paid a fair price. Great service!

I had use Prodrain for several of my properties. Today, Kyle came out to help me on a suspected blocked drain that was overflowing when the washer is running. He was on time, professional and efficient. He quickly took care of the problem, and tested the drainage to make sure the problem has been resolved. I also requested him to help with a blocked storm drain, and he quickly pointed out its just dirt and grass blocking the mouth of the drain and can be easily cleaned up by hand, he did not charge me for that. He also go beyond and above to double check the storm drain is working fine. I would definitely use Prodrain again for my properties. Thumbs Up!

We had another company come to our house (they refused to quote over the phone), and said all of our waste pipes needed to be ripped out and replaced with ABS (12 points). They said it would be $35,000 and that did not include repairing the floors and walls. I call Pro Drain & Rooter and they gave me a quote over the phone of how much it would cost per drain to come snake and see if they could get it to stop overflowing in the basement. Kyle came exactly when scheduled, and assessed the situation - he started with the drain he thought was the problem and said if that didn’t fix it, then he could move on to the next one - instead of charging me to each drain I told him needed to be done. (The back up was in our basement, and I thought he would have to go through all of those drains backing up and work his way up through all the other drains). He was honest, and fixed the problem on the first drain!

He was so efficient, and honest…I had him also do another problematic bathroom sink drain that I had tried to get fixed a few years ago and had been draining slow since, (which they charged me $250 just for that drain, and did not fix the problem). Kyle had to replace the p trap under the bathroom sink, and I was nervous that it would cost a lot of money (as I didn’t have a choice but to replace it, as it had a hole in it). And he only charged me $8.00 for the part!

He fixed all of my drain and flooding issues for only $265! - the other company wanted to charge me over 1000% more! Pro Drain & Rooter is the MOST honest, reliable, and efficient plumber I have ever worked with. We will be using them for ALL of our future plumbing needs! Our kitchen Drain was plugged up. I called our plumber and they said, “Call Pro Drain.” I did and less than four hours later Thomas arrived at our door. He was friendly knowledgeable and he got the job done. The price was right my sink is clear. I’m cooking dinner tonight. Thanks to Pro Drain and Thomas.

About two years ago, I called Pro Drain to fix a kitchen sink that had been draining slowly for many years. It had gotten so bad it would take over 30 minutes for a full sink to empty. Kyle came out and worked for hours over two days, determined to fix it -- and he did. He said it was one of the toughest clogs he'd ever seen and suspected the issue may have been caused by years of rinsing out glasses that had contained Metamucil (not pouring it down the drain, just the residue).
Even Roto-Rooter couldn't clear it years ago, but Kyle got it fully open, restoring the drain to full capacity. Two years later, it still works perfectly. After so long dealing with slow drainage, I still smile when I hear the water go straight down.
Pro Drain is a rare company - they're reliable, they stand behind their work, and they care about doing the job right. I highly recommend them, especially Kyle.

I've used Pro Drain for about four years now for drain cleaning and plumbing and every time, the service and quality of repairs has been excellent. If someone asks for a recommendation for a plumber or drain cleaner, I have no reservations about recommending them.

The last time they came out, a drain pipe had ruptured behind a cabinet and water was dripping into the basement beneath it. This was not a straightforward repair and was going to require some creativity to come up with a solution. Malcolm got there at 2:00pm and didn't leave until 11:00pm. Not only that, the quality of the work was top notch and his communications throughout the process were excellent. He even had the foresight to put in a clean out in case it was needed. I could not be happier with the repair and he totally exceeded my expectations and then some.
