Kyle was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his leak detection. He was very kind and answered our very many questions and helped us to locate our leak with great precision! Well worth the money to not have a headache of searching for a needle in a haystack, considering our driveway is 800ft!

Kyle was great. They were easy to deal with and had a quick response. Kyle found the leak in no time and marked it for the plumber. He did his due diligence and was thorough. They are friendly and accommodating.

Can't thank this company enough- their technician Kyle came out to our place to help find a larger sized leak after we got a notification from the city. He communicated his ETA and kept me informed on the process while he worked- didn't mind sharing the details of how it all worked and helped me work through the best plan of action moving forward.

In the end- paid around 400 to have him mark out a spot on the lawn about two feet across where the main line has broken. Without the help I'd have been digging up the front lawn for at least the next two days trying to locate the break. Not cheap but worth every penny. I would definitely use their services again.

We had a great experience with Leak Locators following the recent discovery of an undetected underground leak. From start to finish, everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service was scheduled in a timely manner, Kyle arrived right on schedule, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. He accurately pinpointed the leak, so we were able to have a plumber repair it with minimal disruption to our water service or destruction of our property.

While I hope we won’t need plumbing repair again anytime soon, we will certainly use Leak Locators again, if needed.

Unfortunately, I had a leak on my main water line. Michael with Leak Locators came out the same day and quickly identified the issue. He was personable, professional, and made the entire experience much less stressful. Despite the situation, he turned it into a positive experience. Had a great experience working with Alyanna at Keller Supply over the past few months. We did a major upgrade to the master bathroom in addition to other projects at the house. We worked with Alyanna in the showroom at Keller and found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the products and different options available. She was very efficient through ordering process and kept us informed of lead times and shipping. She dealt with any shipping/return items extremely efficiently. She even delivered some products herself ( after hours) directly to my front porch when there were some delays from the manufacturer. This was the epitome of "going the extra mile". My wife and I had an outstanding experience buying our new Kohler kitchen faucets and accessories at Keller in Beaverton. We worked with Alyanna, the showroom manager, who was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the best faucets for our rather particular needs with our older models of Kohler sinks. She was also outstanding in keeping us up to date on the order status and always answered our emails promptly. She is not only very friendly, but knowledgeable of the products as well. We definitely will use Keller again in the future.
