A very rare case of a company that still gets quality at a fair price. Alyanna was both knowledgeable and very helpful in selection of fixtures for our remodel/walk-in shower. With a few work order changes, she handled a cancellation and product return easily. Great selection and service! Be sure to ask her for pics of her newer canine!

When our bathroom shower started dripping and we needed to replace the cartridge, a call to Alyanna at Keller resulted in the quick turnaround of a free Delta replacement. Our package was at the door in two days. Alyanna was also a great help two years ago when we had to swim through a sea of choices for those same fixtures in a bathroom upgrade. My only wish would be for showroom hours that work a little better with teacher hours!

The staff there, Alyanna in particular, was so helpful. She worked with me to find the best fixtures for our project while paying attention to our budget. She suggested items that would work well for us. I returned a few times over the course of a couple of weeks to narrow down and/or change items and she was there to help me again. And always with a warm, genuine smile.

These guys are awesome. Professional, very responsive, very reasonable. I clogged my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day and in trying to unclog it myself (bad idea) I had it backing up into my washing machine. I called the next day to see if they were open and had anyone available and Chris was at my house within an hour of calling in. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and had my sink unclogged within 20 minutes, stuck around to make sure I could get the washer drained AND it did not cost me a small fortune. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know and won't hesitate to call them again for all of my plumbing needs.

Wow! Best service I’ve ever had! I called due to my kitchen sink I backing up and was offered a same day appointment with arrival between 3 to 5 PM. Thomas called me at about 2:15 and said he was done with his prior job and asked if he could come early. He was professional, courteous, smart, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the drain pipe 40 feet out, cleaned up after himself including using a cleaning spray under the sink, reloaded his truck and was swiping my credit card before it was even 3 o’clock! I was dazzled and appreciated the efficient, professional job. Thanks Thomas! I’ll request you personally for any future jobs!

I just had a great experience. A nice young man showed up right on the dock. We took a look at my situation, and he explained that I didn’t really need all of the blockage clearing that I was prepared to pay for. He could take care of all my issues for about half of what I was expecting to pay. I greatly appreciated his honesty and willingness to do right by me. Pro Drain and Rooter Service is a keeper. They will be my go-to service for plumbing in the future.

Pro Drain is my new go-to for drain issues! Over the weekend, we discovered a clogged kitchen sink. Think piles of dishes soaking and no way to clean or run dishwasher.

I called Monday morning a few minutes after 8 am, and by 10:05 am, Austin had the drain clear. I joked that I should have him clean every drain. He said that wasn't a good use of my money and he wasn't going to try to up-sale anything. Fantastic honest company.
