This is my second time using Pro Drain Services. They are wonderful. I can't say enough about the customer service, how prompt and knowledgeable they are, and how confident I am in their work. I especially want to recognize Jordan for making all the difference on a terrible day when my kiddo had the stomach flu and my drain backed up so I couldn't do laundry. He was efficient, kind, and left things better than he found them. The first time I needed Pro Drain they did the work in their scope and referred me to another business to repair the hole in my sewer line. I called around and got a few estimates, but was the best in terms of price and promptness - and interestingly, left my yard better than they found it. I appreciate the ethics of Pro Drain and their business partners and I am so grateful for Pro Drain's expertise and resources!

Austin was great. Arrived on time which is a huge plus in my book. I'm busy and don't like to be kept waiting. very professional, listed to what I had to say and got to work. Pipes had some serios root blockage from the trees in the yard. He got them cleaned out and provided before and after videos which were also nice to see. He answered all my questions and conducted himself in a professional manner. Much appreciated

These guys rock. I had Jordan out last year to remove a big root ball from one of my storm drains, and today I had Kyle out to sort out a clog in another one caused by a plumber last week. Both were professional, timely, and great at explaining the issues. The pricing is also much more reasonable than other local and corporate drain companies like Roto Rooter who want to charge $900 for a jet. Highly recommend Pro Drain.

Anctil Plumbing was great! Fast, knowledgeable, and they did a great job fixing the pipes I broke when trying to install the new water heater myself. 21yr old water heater would of course have brittle T connections in the wall. Thanks for saving me!

Anctil plumbing is great. They were referred to us by a neighbor who is a retired plumber. They have replaced the drains in both our bathrooms and then replaced our kitchen faucets. They come in, get the job done and tidy up after themselves. No issues whatsoever. The bills have been pretty much what they estimated up front.

Several years back I had hired Anctil as a subcontractor for a remodel of two of my bathrooms. One morning I noticed a young plumber standing in my dining room. I was wondering what he was doing there as the job was not in that room, so I went over and just started chatting with him. He seemed a bit startled when I approached.

Through the conversation he told me he was an apprentice and had only been with the company for a few months. He was only in his early twenties, so no surprise.

Later that evening when my sister who lived with me at the time came home, she immediately noticed some of her jewelry missing, very expensive jewelry that my parents had given her over the years. She is extremely organized which is why she noticed so fast. Unfortunately, that spot was right across the hall from one of the bathrooms that was being remodeled. You also walk by that spot coming and going from the other bathroom.
Both of us flashed back to that incident that morning and the odd, guilty behavior we noticed.

I called Anctil the next morning and told them what happened and just asked that they ask the guy if he took it, and if so, that he simply return it, no questions asked.

The owner (Anctil) got heated with me. He lied to me and told me he had worked for them for fifteen years and he knew him extremely well. I tried to explain to him that it would have meant he hired him when he was under ten years old. Once he started to defend him and lied to me about him, I told him I didn’t want them back. I hired another plumber that day to replace Anctil.

THIS is what he said to me, in an evil sounding tone of voice. He said that if I said anything, or reported it to the police he would rip my sister’s reputation apart.

Now, my sister might have a skeleton or two in the closet like most people, but she also has a heart of gold and it doesn’t change the facts. The reason she was living with me was to nurse me back to health after a spinal cord injury. She lived with me and did so much for me over two years. I’m very proud of her and glad a have such a kind and caring sister.

Next, she moved in with my parents to help as my mom was dying of cancer. She helped my mom by taking over all the chores and doing anything my mom and dad needed of her. After my mom passed she stayed to help my dad. Eventually she helped him pass as well. She was and is an absolute godsend to our family. We have no idea how we would have done everything she did for them. All while working as well.

Months after my sister moved out of my place, about two years after the incident, I was oiling my dining room furniture. I began taking some bowls down off of a high shelf, and there, inside one bowl, was the missing jewelry! That bowl happened to be right next to the spot where I noticed that plumber oddly standing that morning some time ago.

My guess is that when we saw him there he must have ditched the jewelry as to not get caught after we walked away. I asked my sister if she could have left it there, she said she never takes her jewelry off anywhere but in her room where she can put it where it belongs. I absolutely believe her. It made no sense for it to be there, unless it was ditched.

I honestly can’t swear that anyone tried to steal her jewelry. It’s not a fact, just a very strong, educated opinion. That isn’t the point of this review. The owner threatening to bring harm upon my sister is absolutely disgusting. This has bothered me for years and I just can’t hold it in anymore. There is no integrity in that disgusting “man”.

Let the chips fall where they may. Does Anctil want to drag my sister through the mud? Does he want to drag me through the mud? Judging from his character he displayed on the phone that day, probably. I guess we’ll see. Evil people get one star in my book, none if that was possible.

If communication and being able to count on a company are important to you, don't waste your time with Anctil. They don't return phone calls. After wasting several months trying to follow up with them after they gave an initial consultation, I had to call another company. However, I am SO glad I went with a different company, because they gave a much more thorough assessment and identified some pretty major issues that Anctil completely missed.

While the problem was ultimately fixed, it took three trips to get the job done. We were charged 3.25 hours to replace a bathroom faucet handle. We will not go back.

Anthony and the crew were extremely helpful in fixing our facet and plumbing issue. They also went above and beyond and contacted the manufacturer for us and we were able to get a no-cost replacement part from them as a courtesy.

We regularly have Anctil service our furnace and air conditioner and had it scheduled but two days ago realized our AC wasn’t working. They came out and fixed it yesterday and took care of the maintenance as well. Great service!
