They were scheduled to do a bunch of plumbing for me a couple years back. They called and said the guy was stuck in another state couldn't make it back to do the job. And they would call me to reschedule. This was a pretty big job. Couple thousand dollars. They never called back. Very unprofessional I would never contact them again. After reading some reviews recently I'm really glad they canceled! 😊

Jose and James installed my new furnace and they were great! They explained what was involved and were very professional in all aspects of the installation. I highly recommend them.

This is second time I have used Anctil Plumbing and they keep showing me why they are my primary plumber. Randy showed up when expected and did a wonderful (and thorough) job of addressing the issue. Randy explained what he was going to do beforehand and then afterwards thoroughly showed me what he did and why. Anctil's service is always exceptional and service technicians really know their business. I will continue to use Anctil for all plumbing.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with Anctil. Their guys stole 2x4s from our project, left the project partially done and took us a dozen calls to get them out to finish after we’d paid them. When there were issues they ghosted us. I liked their quote guy but would highly recommend not recommend them for integrity of making things right with their work. They won’t do it.

In response to their comment below. Not only did they not finish the job but when we went to install the hot water heater they roughed in for us they hadn’t installed any drain for it and then turned around and blamed us. When we asked them about it they sent us their legal contract explaining how they are liable for nothing.

I hired Anctil Plumbing as they were recommended to me from a former Habitat for Humanity construction supervisor who had overseen their work on past Habitat projects.
We are in the middle of major renovations to our Portland home and hired the Anctil team to replace all of our exterior hose bib plumbing, add a water pressure regulator to our source water line, and replumb our water heater. They were friendly, efficient, and the outcome was excellent.
We did find a small leak in our finished water heater plumbing after they had finished the job. With one call they sent out a team member the next day and repaired the leak.
I'd recommend their services.

Alex and Brody from Alchemy Plumbing were great. This was a simple service call. I did use Alchemy before with an exterior faucet that cracked during the freeze of 2000. I feel very comfortable with Alchemy and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

As a general contractor, I’ve worked with a lot of plumbing companies, and Alchemy Plumbing really stood out. My tenant’s water heater went out late Friday afternoon, and they responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and handled the replacement without any hassle.

They got the new unit installed efficiently and had hot water restored for my tenants the same day, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the timing and urgency of the situation.

Alchemy Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I called at 7:45 am on a Friday and Daniel and Reicher showed up at 8:15 am. We had a drainage issue with our kitchen sink. They were professional, honest, and thorough, in diagnosing the problem, and providing a solution. Alchemy is definitely a 5 star company. I highly recommend them.

Called Alchemy for a crawl space water leak. Xavier set up the appointment and followed up with reminders and advance notice of arrival. Dylan came to do the work. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Work was performed well along with a more detailed overall house plumbing evaluation. We were very happy with the quality and professionalism of the Alchemy team.

Rhiley was super helpful! He took care of a leaking faucet for me and did a great job explaining the process before getting started.
He took the time to look at the pipes around my water heater and give me helpful information without coming across as pushy or like he was trying to sell me extra services.
He also noticed something that was not sealed properly while walking through my garage and took care of it for me at no extra cost!
All in all, no one enjoys paying for plumbing services but with Alchemy I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind. I would use them again!
