We have been extremely happy with Excellence Plumbing and their service. I called 8-10 plumbing companies and after no call backs, or extremely absurd quotes or not so informative at home bids, we were lucky to find Excellence Plumbing. By far Excellence Plumbing was the most fair priced and very professional one of the 10 companies I got quotes and had come to our home. We did an entire new bathroom rough-in with sinks, shower and toilet, and Oscar and his team were very professional and clean. I would 100% recommend them. It is hard to find contractors that respond right away, and are willing to listen to your needs and work with your budget, and E.P. did that. So happy we found them!! :)

Over the years, Oscar and his team at Excellence Plumbing have done numerous plumbing works for us. Recently, they helped us repipe our entire house. Of course, they did not disappoint us, and did a superb job! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always provide detailed explanations of their work. Additionally, they are very respectful working in your home -- always making sure that everything is clean and tidy before leaving. I highly recommend Excellence Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Oscar and his team are the best!!

My wife and I were remodeling our master bathroom, and needed a plumber for all of the plumbing work including installing a new freestanding tub, shower rough-ins and other items. Excellence plumbing provided a fair and honest price/estimate and completed high quality, outstanding work that we were happy with. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work, they do good quality work, are fairly priced, and are full of integrity and honesty.

This is a fake listing that is not really located on Nimbus Ave. or even in Beaverton. The number goes to a lead generation answering service that forwarded my call to a business called Pink Flamingo Plumbing in North Plains. While they did come quickly to our house to assess an emergency plumbing situation, and the plumber they sent was very nice and professional, the quote for the work was astronomical. Over $1100 for a small job that could not have taken more than an hour. They refused to break down the estimate for us between parts and labor, and when we told them we weren’t going to pay that, they immediately offered to discount the price by over $300. Obvious price gouging in the first instance, and still at least twice what the job should have cost even after the offered “discount.” Save yourself the $50 “response fee” and go with an actual local business that isn’t afraid to use its real name and address.

5-star experience! Needed someone to replace the faucet in our bathroom. The entire process was seamless from scheduling (Davona) to installation (Dylan). Davona was responsive, knowledgeable, and had great follow-through. Dylan was prompt, respectful of our home, and completed the install in a timely manner. Both were friendly, professional, and good communicators. They were honest and upfront about their pricing, too, which I appreciated. There were no surprises and I felt we were in good hands from the beginning. Thank you!

Craftwork was excellent. Great communication and fast response to the emergency fix I needed for my hot water heater. The plumber answered all my questions and even educated me on hot water heater maintenance tips unrelated to my current fix. I highly recommend this company.

Fabulous customer service! Called on a Tuesday and had a brand new water heater installed by Thursday morning! Both the office staff and the technician were fabulous! Very friendly, clean and professional.

New construction, remodels, custom homes or apartments these guys take care to do your job correctly and on time.
The plumbers are very educated, and the staff was easy to work with.
My only complaint was they are so busy.

They are an amazing team of people who are so honest, fairly priced and really take care of their customers. We have had 2 water heaters replaced in our home and a more immediate plumbing issue and every time we worked with them, they were so responsive, and really talked through every option to make sure that we never paid for anything we didn't need.

Craftworks Plumbing is awesome - super responsive and communicative -- they show up on time, they do careful and thorough work and charged us a flat fee for a difficult water heater replacement. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Craftwork Plumbing. Friendly staff, professional, with experienced plumbers. January ‘s bitter cold busted 24 water pipes in my house! Craftwork plumbers showed up as promised and stayed on the job until all water pipes were repaired. Thanks for your had work. They are now by go-to plumbers. I recommend them to all my friends.

Craftwork Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing all of the problems caused by my freezing pipes this winter. They quickly came out to help me with my broken hot water heater, getting it replaced before other companies could even come out to look at it. Craftwork saved the day and their prices are very reasonable!

Our design-build firm subcontracted all the plumbing to Craftwork. We just breezed through the rough-in plumbing inspection. Their speed and quality are excellent. Even areas in the crawl space where one will not see their work, it is done neatly and accurately.

They are skilled in their craft. The post-and-beam work (under the subfloor) was done accurately and quickly, to allow framing to proceed. Everything was in the right place for the rough-in plumbing.

Good times with an older house - we had two service calls that turned out to be unrelated - within two weeks. Both Brian and Robert performed service work at our house. Scheduling was easy and communication was great. Both communicated ahead on time of arrival, were extremely professional on the service call, and both very nice guys. Work was completed same day in both cases, they worked efficiently, and the amounts billed were absolutely fair. I highly recommend Craftwork, and they are the first plumbing outfit I’ll call in the future.

I wanted to quickly write a thank you for the great job that Craftwork Plumbing did the other day when I needed a new water line installed at my house.
