I had a great experience with Craftwork Plumbing! They were professional, efficient, and were able to schedule a toilet repair only a few days out from when I had called. Brian completed the work very quickly and for a fair price. I will definitely be using them again!

My sprinkler shutoff valve had a leak with a steady flow of water. A friend recommended that I call Craftwork plumbing. They were extremely responsive and dropped by the next day. The plumber was able to slow the leak until he could return the next day with the repair parts. The plumber gave me multiple options to fix the leak. An hour later, he completed the work and no more leak. The new shutoff valve is much easier to access now after the repair. I would highly recommend Craftwork plumbing and I plan to use them for future projects.

My experience with Tim and Angel during the installation of my new hot water heater was great. They both were very courteous and made sure I understood what was being done and why some items had to be replaced, to ensure no problems in the future. Upon completion Tim made sure I knew how the hot water heater operates. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing problems.

They rocked it. Poor team had to squeeze into my attic for hours to swap the water heater but they knocked it out, and for a lot less than I was anticipating.

Grant is fast to respond, easy to communicate with, and always finds us the best solution for every issue we’ve had. Not to mention he has better prices than anyone else around! We will never use anyone else.

Grant with SRD plumbing came and installed my bathroom sink and faucet for me and did a great job. It was a super reasonable price and he got it in super quick. He even picked up the sink for me and I didn’t have to do anything except let him in.

Grant with SRD did a great job with a problem we had with an outside faucet leaking. While he was here fixing that we talked with him about moving the faucet up higher so it would be easier to reach. Because we are in the middle of replacing the siding on the house the siding was off, so this was the best time to take on the job. He went ahead and got the parts needed and returned to complete the job that morning. He offered the best solution for an issue that had bother me for awhile. I am very happy with the work and the price was reasonable. I have kept his card on file so that i can reach out to him if I have plumbing issues in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

A few weeks ago, I had a leak by my meter in the morning. I had to wait for the water department to check it since they had issues with my meter before. The city arrived late morning and this time it was on my side of the meter. I contacted SRD plumbing and they were on a job but they said they would arrive when they finished. They showed up to my place around 5 pm. Identified the situation which was caused by faulty work by a back flow person that had worked on my sprinkler system several years ago. SRD had the repair complete in a few hours and charged a very fair price. Was happy that I only had to go without water for a few hours that day.

Wanted to rotate my toilet 90deg but required toilet drain to be relocated. Called on SRD to conduct work. Grant was able to schedule work within a few days, was professional, and completed work in a timely manner. He communicated well and also provided additional advice and answered questions that I had. Will reach out to SRD Plumbing for any future needs.

SRD Plumbing (Grant) is reasonably priced, professional, and great to work with. Grant helped me with an emergency drain clog. He clearly communicated timelines and was friendly. He readjusted his schedule to fit me in when another local company bumped me for another job. Grant laid down drop cloths and kept his work area neat. He also took the time to clean up and leave the area nicer than he found it. Grant was so cool and calm with my pesky drain even though it didn't want to give up the massive drain clog. I will definitely be using him again and I wholeheartedly recommend SRD plumbing.

I’ve used Marvin a few times over the years, the first was for a toilet replacement, other times for a broken water line and now for a 1/2” copper line fix for a sink. He’s a great option if you’ve got a small plumbing job or repair. He is no spring chicken, but you’ll still get a reasonable rate if your project is small. Again, I highly recommend this outfit for smaller plumbing jobs

Nice service person, but just didnt get the job done, and it was very expensive. Tried a second opinion/service, and was satified-suceessful job for 1/4th the cost of not getting the blockage cleared.
