Were able to finally diagnose our unusual hydronic system, explain how it works and get it up and running with some slight repairs to extend the lifecycle. Glad I found them, as other HVAC companies were not able to work on it oy answer any questions for us.

They were professional and courteous when I called to book. The prices were fair and they showed up right on time! While we had to order parts they did not charge when it was determined that the problem was bigger than the one part and would need a whole system replacement. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Our home had an old, complicated and failing propane boiler/radiant floor/water heating system. Emir and Cam replaced the boiler with a high efficiency unit, repiping the boiler room and also installed two heat pumps. They were absolute PROS.

working with the Earth Heating has been a pleasure. very professional, on time , and efficient. as well as courteous .This last bit of low temps , snow , ice, was a good test of performance. for the Lochinvar combi boiler,, which i use for a radiant slab , DHW, and zoned baseboard.100% satisfied. This was the BEST service in the midst of a horrible time that I’ve ever experienced. My emergency heat call was taken immediately, I got a call back in a short period of time (15-30 min) to review costs and give me an eta. (I was initially told the wrong cost by the message taker, but that’s literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect). I was given an ETA of max 2 hours. Emir was here in just under 30 minutes. And he called to update me along the way. He didn’t have the part needed to completely fix it but he figured out a temporary work around so I wouldn’t be out of heat on the coldest night yet this winter. He called back as promised (actually within 15 minutes of the beginning of the window he gave), gave me a price and an eta, and we moved ahead. Then he called me back after he confirmed he had reserved the part to give me an updated eta (because he didn’t want my husband and I to rush around to cover being at the house since he would be delayed). Called to let me know when he was on his way as promised, arrived as promised, fixed it in less than an hour, and charged as promised. I’d give these folks 15 stars if I could!!!

Called for a new AC the quote, received an estimate the same day after our walkthrough. The next day they called back with some scheduling options. They arrived on time, installed the unit in just a few hours and cleaned up the area as if they were never here. Overall very pleased with the professionalism of the entire crew, the workmanship is very professional, and their pricing is a great value.

The heater in our house crashed months ago, and with a baby due in October, my husband and I quickly searched for companies that could fix this problem. We wanted a warm and cozy house for our newborn but no company could figure out the problem and get it to work again. The staff at The Earth Heating were so accommodating to my request for HVAC Service at my condo unit. When Portland was snowed in by the freak snow storm, they called me and explained that they were only able to perform emergency heating repairs and had to cancel our service request. Amela helped us rescheduled the HVAC maintenance service request the following week.They arrived on time and performed the maintenance as needed.

Everyone at The Earth Heating has been friendly and easy to work with. I've been working with them for over two years now and haven't regretted it for a moment. It was an easy decision when it came time to install a new boiler to work with them again.

Super professional people from beginning to end of project! I highly recommend these guys..they know what they're doing and their rates are very reasonable. To summarize the project, I asked them to replace an electric water heater with a tankless gas heater to heat my radiant floor system but leave the electric water heater for domestic water use only. After completing the job in one day I tested the system overnite and found some problems which I reported the next day. They returned promptly and resolved the problems to my complete satisfaction.

We had a recycling issue with our tankless water heater, I contacted The Earth because I saw the good reviews. An appointment was set up for a few days later, and Emir came to look. Quickly he discovered the problem and unfortunately it was because of neglected maintenance on my part. He described the least expensive fix first, warning that the corrosion may have caused fatal harm to the system. Emir offered options of replacing and rebuilding parts of the system vs. the cost of a new system. Our old Navian was over 11 years old, and the cost of repairs was close to the cost of purchasing a new Navian Tankless. Emir ordered the system and it was installed within a few days. I also purchased the maintenance program to be sure I had ongoing maintenance to keep my system in best working order. I was pleased with the crew that did the installation, pleased with the professionalism and efficiency.
