Steve installed my new furnace, new AC, and water heater. Did a great job on all of them. He was to my place very quickly when I needed promt services. Very responsive. It's nice to deal with the owner directly.

Because I can't give zero stars! . I just had one of this company's Vans fly by me at about 90 miles per hour (in a 55 mph zone) at 4 in the morning on a two-lane poorly lit Highway in a very unsafe manner, and the guy was out of sight within about 30 seconds. horrible driver tailgated my car for about 5 miles, not leaving a safe stopping distance between his bumper and our bumper, blinding me with his headlights the entire time. this person shouldn't be allowed to drive! The extremely unsafe and poor driving skills this company's employees exhibit should reflect on this companies image, eventually they're going to kill somebody.

Scheduled an estimate and they never showed up. I drove an hour to the property to meet them on a Saturday morning- and they no-showed.

Worked with Frank on our home that we were selling. It was a very educational and detailed experience. I'm glad we got the furnace serviced as I'm now aware of the issues that may arise from not getting it serviced.

A little late with this one but they did a great job. Only bid that didn’t try to “up sell” me to a furnace that didn’t make sense for my house. The higher end filler that they hooked me up with is a life saver in the smoky summers with my houses air notably clearer.

I have used Service Now many times from installing an air-conditioning unit, to replacing a thermostat to regular service. The technicians have always been on time, professional, courteous and very informational. I would recommend Service Now to anyone whom is looking for heating or cooling needs.

I could not have asked for a better experience with Service Now. They replaced a 40 year old furnace in our house, added an AC unit, and routed new ductwork into the basement and up into the attic bedrooms.

Jason came to the house to provide an estimate. He was professional, friendly, articulate, and competent. He came up with a few creative ways to get the job done, working around our 90 year old house's quirks. His bid was competitive, comprehensive, and laid out very clearly, and he was willing to answer questions after hours to accommodate my work schedule.

The workers finished the job efficiently and quickly. They kept the job site clean, and even though we hadn't yet moved in, they treated the house as if it were their own. Kelly, the crew leader, had the foresight to modify plans to make the new ductwork less obstructive and to install registers in places that would give us more flexibility with room layouts. When the work was complete, he explained things clearly and had prepared all the tax rebate paperwork so things would go smoothly for us.

After signing the contract, I decided to add a return register in the basement after getting a cost estimate by phone from Jason. When the final bill came, the extra register price was significantly higher than I had anticipated, and after reviewing the invoice, he mailed me a check to make up the difference without even being asked to do so. There were a few minor hiccups with permitting paperwork that Kurt, the owner, took care of quickly and easily without creating any extra work for us.

After having had less than stellar experiences with other contractors, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did.

These guys are reliable, hard-working professionals who value good communication and quality work. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Technicians Frank and Matt were a great team! They figured out the issue with my heating. The first company had done some faulty wiring and Frank and Matt were very detailed in explaining what happened and gave pointers on things I could do myself to save money. I would highly recommend them to others!

Kurt and Service Now are FANTASTIC!!

I first used Service Now over ten years ago when the A/C went out on our primary residence right after we took possession. They were so quick to respond and did such a fantastic job I asked if they would handle our rental units in Hillsboro. Kurt agreed and ever since Service Now has been my go to Heating & Cooling Repair/Replace vendor.

This is an excellent company, prompt, courteous, and highly competent. We have replaced and had serviced 3 furnaces over 55 years of living in our house, using a number of local companies. Service Now is FAR above the competition. Every call, including a furnace replacement, has been dealt with on the day we called.

We've had Service Now come for a checkup and tuning on our furnace for several years. Scheduling has been prompt and easy. A few years ago they replaced the draft inducer that was rattling. No issues since then, although the checkups are helpful. Frank does an exceptional job, explaining exactly what he's doing, why, and what problem points might be.
