The Earth Heating is probably one of those rare companies that believe in long term relationship with their customers. I needed fast radiant heating repair because something wasn't working right. Emir came out with his crew to inspect what was going on (this was after hours for him I believe). He gave me the quote which I agreed to, and they were back next day. They fixed the issue, and what I loved about them the most is that Amela (I believe that is her name), called me a week later to make sure everything is running fine. I've never had that experience. I will call these guys anytime I need any help with my radiant heating system or with my AC.

The Earth Heating is an exemplary company that sets a very high bar for technical competency and customer service. They installed a radiant heat system, as well as a mini-split, in my 105 year old home. The coordination of all aspects of the work was seamless; the crew was very dedicated and hard-working. Communication from every person I encountered was accurate and timely. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Emir and Amela were great to work with. Even when upgrading our heating system didn't go as plan, they came up with a very fair and reasonable solution. The system has been working great now, and we are very happy with their service, work and the overall experience.

I called at least 8 other companies prior to The Earth Heating and they were the only ones willing to take on my complicated project. Many of the companies just plain failed to appear for their appointments. I'm glad I ended up with The Earth Heating LLC. Emir and his team were very professional and hard working. They were responsive to my requests, they rearranged their schedules to finish my project and they charged me exactly what they bid. I would definitely hire them again.

A very friendly, personable company that shows they care and are committed to your concerns. Have used Earth Heating for years and it gets better each time. Out of the blue, I received an email giving me tips on how to make my air quality in my home better, when we had the fires in our surrounding communities & state. Due to that email I was able to make my home air quality much better by following a couple of simple steps from Earth Heating. They are very responsive and I couldn’t ask for better service!

Emir and Amela are great! I've used them twice and will always select The Earth Heating to help with our household needs. They were able to schedule work quickly and the tech they sent was courteous even though the repair was tricky. He stuck with it for four hours and came back the next day to complete the job. And the pricing was fair.

Serviced the AC, found my capacitor dying and refrigerant low! Swapped for a new part, Refilled, and house is ICE COLD on this 90deg day!!!

We reached out to several companies to get estimates for a major radiant heating overhaul and The Earth Heading's bid was by far the most reasonable. We were really impressed with the quality of work they did as well as their professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and understood how the new system worked. Will absolutely use them again!

Great if you love shotty work… bad customer service and unpleasant owner, doesn’t seem to care about anything than grabbing your money. Do not recommend.

The Earth Heating was the best part of a very difficult build on the Oregon coast. Emir was responsive and reliable, driving quite some distance for our job, the crew was professional and fast. I will definitely be recommending them to others, which is no small thing. Highly recommended, we had radiant heating installed and our floors are nice and warm tonight.

Having dealt with this firm for over six years, I have been consistently and pleasantly surprised at the level of service and the quality of technical care that I have not experienced previously in dealing with HVAC companies. It’s so simple… I tell them what I would like to do. They set an appointment and they do it… Competitively, cheerfully and check to make sure that I’m thoroughly satisfied …it is this way whether you deal with the owner of the firm or one of his chosen technicians or have back office questions responded to by his wonderful wife. Highly recommended!

We used The Earth to replace our gas furnace/forced air heating system with a new two-level radiant floor heating system using a combi-boiler.

From his first visit to provide an estimate through many, many calls and emails to dial in the specifics and implement all the elements, Emir was unfailingly responsive, patient, and generous with his expertise.

Kem both oversaw an elegant radiant PEX install as well as personally installing a beautiful combi-boiler setup.

I can't recommend The Earth enough for any HVAC needs, large or small, but especially when it comes to radiant heating and new system design/install. Their work is immaculate and their professionalism and overall customer service provide enormous value for money to their customers.

The Earth Heating team came and hooked up the Gas line to my Generator. Everything went smooth from scheduling to the install. Very professional, will use again! A+++

Our home needed a complete heating system upgrade. We have both a forced air furnace and radiant heat system, so I really wanted to make sure I felt confident in the company doing such a large project. The Earth Heating was professional from the start during our estimate visit, and very transparent and honest about pricing and expectations. They clearly explained how a combi boiler was our best option and actually replaced both of our old water heaters with one unit and explained how it worked (see picture). Not only did they do a great job on both projects, when our old furnace unexpectedly died in the middle of Winter, they fit us into their busy schedule to do the replacement a month early! I'd highly recommend working with TEH.

UPDATED 5/31/24:
We decided to upgrade our house's HVAC system this Spring by adding air conditioning. Based on our previous experience with The Earth Heating, we worked with Emir, Cam and the TEH team again. They came up with a very creative solution to use one large, centralized heat pump connected to 4 internal units, 1 coil for our forced air system and 3 individual zone units in areas with radiant heat. This was a very complicated project, and we are very impressed and happy with the final result!

Awesome job, they installed a whole new furnace in one day. Works perfect. I would recommend Earth Heating to anyone that wants a 5 star company.

Hands down, the most honest people in this city. Had a furnace that went out, my rental company wanted over $6k based on couple of quotes. Then a friend recommended I reach out to The Earth Heating and they came and ended up fixing the furnace for less than $200. It was a simple repair. Such a good people, honest, quick and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

We had a service call for our radiant hydronic system. It was making a loud buzzing noise and, as it is 20+ years old, we thought we should have it checked out. We found The Earth Heating online and they looked like a company that knew radiant heating. I set up an appointment and, the day before they were scheduled, Emir called in the afternoon and said he could come out that afternoon. It worked out and he was there in half an hour. He checked out our system - bad relay - and gave us advice about the best way to proceed. He was professional, highly knowledgably and provided one of the best experiences we have ever received in a home repair situation. He patiently explained our system and answered all our questions.

Heinz really helped us out when our boiler caught fire. They were very quick and efficient with the whole process and communicated very well. They really saved Tidee Didee and we are forever grateful.
