Techs showed up timely following a phone call notifying time of their arrival. Got right to work, solve the problem quickly with minimal disruption. Cary arrived upon completion and the team checked system out. All was good. They even caulked the vent and painted the pvc pipe black to blend with other vents.

I just love Priority One. There's always someone to answer the phone and always someone who is "on call" in case you have an emergency. And the prices are so reasonable!
We have the Platinum membership, cost $12 a month! We got $50 off our bill and free maintenance visits once a year!!

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable! He is always so nice to do business with. Please tell him that I did identify the bee as a wasp and not a honey bee. Lol. Thank you as always for taking care of everything and keeping our family comfortable.

Mike came out and did a maintenance and deep clean! He was professional and helped me understand our system and he did a great job getting our system cleaned and running smoothly! Will be recommending him and the Priority One crew!

Great work and clear and concise information was given. The work was done quickly and efficiently as well. He even fixed my hose bib for me as my washer had fallen out. They are always great!

Able to get a technician same day. Reasonable fee. Technician very knowledgeable, answered questions in detail and explained what he was doing during maintenance of the HVAC / Heating system. 👍

Paul did a wonderful job on working on my HVAC system. He was on time and on budget.

Paul Logan (technician) showed up early, was very professional and completed the scheduled maintenance within an hour, while two very friendly family pets admired his work. 😊

Phil was fabulous at answering questions and helping us choose the best system for our home. Priority one was one of 6 companies we called. They not only had one of the best prices, they had the best customer service! Andy and Ryland were personable, friendly and did a fabulous job installing our unit. Andy then made sure I understood how to use it and helped set everything up. So grateful for their hard work to make our house comfortable!

I called on a Sunday evening and was able to talk to a live person, not just leave a message on an answering machine. She relayed the information to the tech who was working. Tim called me back within 15 minutes. He happened to be just finishing up where he was and was able to come right over. He had the parts he needed to fix the problem and made sure the AC was working before he left.

Chris reviewed all the relevant information including the report of the previous diagnostics effort. He came up with a probable cause of the malfunction and then tested it to ensure that he had identified the problem. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in detailing the source of the problem and the fix needed. Chris is as good a tech to represent a company as I can imagine.
