Commercial Air has provided exceptional products and service to my business as well as my home for many years. I would highly recommend Commercial Air for their preventative maintenance program which allows my clients to enjoy a comfortable environment year around.

I can’t say enough good things about Jim and Commercial Air. Jim is very professional, personable and polite. He makes sure he answers all your questions and does a great job. I highly recommend Commercial Air.

Installed HVAC system and promised to provide balancing system. This involved tech simply holding his hand to vent and seeing if there was any flow. I asked for a proper balancing service, which they refused to return and provide. They just continued to send bills until I finally relented and paid without completed proper installation.

Excessive Billing - Commercial billed me over $900 to replace a TXV valve on the air handler for the heat pump.
I am an out-of-state rental property owner who recently moved from the house I now rent. Commercial Air previously performed the same work less than three years earlier for under $300 while I was living there. This time, their Tech called with the diagnosis and stated that the valve failed due to a pin hole leak in the welded connection (the exact work they did three years earlier) . When the work was performed the first time, it took about one and a half hours. They billed me for six hours this time, the tenant stated they only took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to do the work.
I called six other vendors in the market described in detail what the repair was; the highest quote of the six was $550 (Commercial Air billed me $900)
Their blatant over-billing is inexcusable. They replaced their own faulty work and charged me triple for the pleasure. Paying them to fix their own inferior workmanship is painful at best.
If I had the time and energy, I would file a CCB complaint.
My recommendation is DO NOT CALL Commercial Air and find a more reputable HVAC service. -
My furnace went out at night so I called the after hours service number and spoke with Reice. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me trouble shooting the issues to make sure that he would have the part to fix it if he came out on an emergency call. It wound up being a part he didn't have on hand so he took my information and said he would start a service order in the morning. By the time I called the next morning he had already picked up my part and was heading to my house! He was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated that he took the time to determine if he could fix my furnace before coming out on an emergency call and that he saved me the after hours fee. The repair was fast and the price was reasonable. I definitely reccomend them!

The real test of a good business is customer satisfaction under any situation. The installation of my heat pump was fine , there was problem with the paperwork. The owner went way out of his way to make it right . I wish more companies had this excellent business ethic. Their taking responsibility for the whole job impressed me. I would recommend them.

My furnace quit working on a night it is going to be 20 degrees out. I called a different local business and was told someone could come out maybe next week. I called Commercial Air and within an hour Jim showed up and had my furnace up and running in 30 minutes!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. He made a recommendation and offered to send a quote but he didn't try to up sale me. I highly recommend this company, exactly the type of service you want!

During the recent cold snap, my heat exchanger stopped working and we had to rely on the electric heat feature of the system. Had Commercial Air out and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem to be an improperly landed wire on the contactor that I had replaced. I was much relieved to learn that the system had NOT lost its charge of refrigerant. My heat exchanger was back up and running in less than 45 minutes.
The service man (Kyle) was very polite professional and efficient. He obviously knew his business. -
I had a new heat pump and air handler installed by Commercial Air about 5 years ago. The system has never worked properly, Commercial Air has been out multiple times to re-plumb, re-wire and replace parts. At best, the heating and A/C has worked intermentally.
I had the "service director"from Commercial Air out 2 weeks ago to "fix" my heat pump again. He said the unit was not wired properly, again,, and the warranty was expired. He told me I'd have to pay $700+ "to fix it". At this point, I was so defeated and just wanted my house to be cool I agreed to the repair. The repair did not fix my A/C, but for intermediary. 2 weeks later it's broken again.
I called today and spoke to the owner, he was completely dismissive of my problem and said I'd have to wait for a return call from the, "gal who schedules appointments", to make an appointment.
I was informed they would not be out until next Wednesday 6 days, 4 business days from now. I'm sure the Travis, the owner, is sitting in an air-conditioned house while my house is 80 degrees at 10pm. Must be nice to not give a care about your customers. No sence of or right or wrong? I just want my HVAC to work on a reasonably consistent basis.
My family has been using Commercial Air for decades and I get this kind of service? Just imagine what kind of service you will get! This problem was created by Commercial Air and I can't get them to care enough to fix it. -
The technician was very professional knowledgeable, and very friendly. He did a thorough job, checking my system, changing the filters and cleaning out the outside equipment. We have been doing business with Priority One for 10 years now & I’ve always been happy with the service and the technicians that have come out over the years.

Highly Recommend! Awesome response time as in same day!!!…excellent communications. Pricing AND expertise are both on point. As well, I consistently get kind/personable technicians. Chris was a super tech .. whether it’s for my personal home or for any of my real estate clients …I always say I’m a fan of Priority one. ✅🙌🏻

Technician stated he was unfamiliar with thermostat, could not explain “boost” well enough to feel comfortable buying it. Had to remind about washing heat pump.

I chose Priority One to install my new ductless Heat Pump System because they’re the BEST! I’ve used the company for years at my business here in Eugene and they have always given me stellar service! The mini split system they installed today is so amazing, efficient, quiet and at a very fair price! Their technicians were kind, knowledgeable, on time & finished in record time! They were also very sweet to my puppy who kept stealing their gloves & tools! :) Can’t say enough about this company! They are simply the best!

After nearly a year with new heat pump system, a follow up maintenance appointment was set. Communication with Priority One and the friendly technician was perfect. Easy & simple appointment with system keeping us cool, even on hot summer days. Outstanding experience with initial installation and with follow up.
