Phil was fabulous at answering questions and helping us choose the best system for our home. Priority one was one of 6 companies we called. They not only had one of the best prices, they had the best customer service! Andy and Ryland were personable, friendly and did a fabulous job installing our unit. Andy then made sure I understood how to use it and helped set everything up. So grateful for their hard work to make our house comfortable!

I called on a Sunday evening and was able to talk to a live person, not just leave a message on an answering machine. She relayed the information to the tech who was working. Tim called me back within 15 minutes. He happened to be just finishing up where he was and was able to come right over. He had the parts he needed to fix the problem and made sure the AC was working before he left.

Chris reviewed all the relevant information including the report of the previous diagnostics effort. He came up with a probable cause of the malfunction and then tested it to ensure that he had identified the problem. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in detailing the source of the problem and the fix needed. Chris is as good a tech to represent a company as I can imagine.

Priority One did a great job of getting me a new heat pump at a reasonable price. Tim did an excellent job with installation and clean up. I highly recommend Priority One!

We paid for an all new AC and furnace through Priority One. It is about 2 years old. We had a regular servicing which they recommend in April. (Recommended annually) No problems were identified. Yesterday the AC went out and evidently the fan in the outdoor unit broke and needs replacement. Honestly we went with the higher priced company for the quality but today the repairman says he has no idea what happened and things break and suggested annual service to us, which we already had done. Also, if you don’t join their club and pay monthly, there is a fee to exercise their warranty. Very disappointed in our result.

Their monthly cleaning payment plans makes for a smooth and easy process. The technicians are always so friendly and professional. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Great group. We had a huge issue with our crawl space and they quickly figured it out. Also a lot of helpful communication. In the morning they called to state they were on the way, which was helpful since we had to move the dogs somewhere else. We love our heat pumps the ceiling heat was awful and expensive.

Kyler was great! This was my yearly maintenance on two heat pumps and he was friendly, efficient and professional. I’m so glad I switched to Priority One two years ago. Two thumbs up!

Kyler and Mike were great - fast, professional, and really helpful. They checked out the second-floor dryer vent, and also showed me how to install my vents, which was very kind of them.

Workers were amazing, friendly, fast great work. Kept me informed on what was happening, left the work area clean like they were never there. Tim and Clark were both so polite, friendly and well trained in there craft of installation of my heat pump. Glad I chose Priority One.

They were awsome to work with. Our old unit needed charged so they did that while we waited for the guy to come by for estimate on whole new system. Then they gave us the $500 that we spent on the recharge off of the new system. They also let us wait few months before installing it. The guys that were installing the system saw my 2 year old granddaughter eyeballing the big box the AC came in and before I new it they brought it back to the backyard with window and door cut in it. Even had a tape door handle on it. 👌Then yesterday we got a package from them with cookies and custom lunch box. Top notch 👌

Priority One did a terrific job installing our new furnace and heat pump. We were given estimates of three options, with clear explanations of the pros and cons. The men who came to do the work were all courteous and efficient, and when a curve ball appeared (the placement for the heat pump wouldn't work), they figured out a solution that was even better than the original plan. Then when I discovered a small problem with an outdoor vent that hadn't been sealed, someone arrived within an hour to fix it. I highly recommend Priority One.

I have a whole house ducted unit from Priority One that is now well over 10 years old. It was a large investment so I signed up for their annual maintenance program. Very reasonable price and great service. The equipment remains in good working order. Their crew have always been polite, professional, explain their findings, etc. Highly recommend this company.
