I can't recommend Alpine enough!!! Alpine is always great!! Really friendly technicians.who know exactly what they're doing. The receptionists are friendly and helpful as well.. Jim Maas was the technician today and he was excellent!! He showed me how to clean off the outside unit and he even got a washer from his truck for my hose!! Oh and he told a great dad joke, lol. I checked prices around town too before I settled on Alpine, they have very great prices!!! Under $130 for an HVAC maintenance plus a free filter. Thank you Jim and Alpine!!! I will definitely be seeing you again next year!!!

Alpine is a very professional company. I have had Hunter over here twice. He went above & beyond. Keith is also a thorough and knowledgeable guy, both are gentlemen & are very respectful. Alpine is legit, they text when on the way (awesome cuz I gotta crate my large dog) and my dog liked both of those dudes which is a yes in my book🙌
Also, please be kind to the receptionists. If you’re having issues in your home please keep in mind that it is not their fault and they are lovely people who are trying to help you. -
Based on my experience, I'd give several negative stars mainly because of my interaction with the GM by the name of Cody. Very unprofessional. Does not deal in facts and when pointed out he kept stating its opinion. Just had a heat pump installed a month and a half or so ago and I've been trying to get a hold of him ever since to resolve the issue only to be met with dismissal and escalation tactics. Would not recommend this company just based on this experience.

Mr. Maas from Alpine performed routine service for our home AC units today. I had several questions about how to best care for our units, and he explained things in such a way that was easy for me to understand. I very much appreciated that. He is very knowledgeable, and he gave lots of valuable advice on how to prevent costly repairs. He did a good job cleaning our units and ensured the area around them were left nice and clean too. His professionalism, kindness, honesty, and good humor stood out above all. Thank you for the excellent service.

Clear and timely communication. Friendly scheduling and customer service. I know who will be arriving, with texted photo, and that's one of my favorite features. Super friendly and polite. I trust the service process and it doesn't feel intrusive.

Hunter was excellent! Super honest and explained everything very well based on my issue. Did not try to upsell anything and honestly told me that my heat pump was totally fine and working within specifications. Its hard to find honest business folks these days. Will certainly request for Hunter anytime I need assistance or regular maintenance on my HVAC system!

Alpine Heating installed our heat pump and furnace in 2012 and at the time we were very pleased with the work performed, installers, equipment, and the price. Our original heating system was a pellet stove, baseboard and wall heaters and we had never had air conditioning in our older home before. It was a total game-changer for us and the system they installed has been trouble-free. Over the years we have recommended Alpine Heating to all our neighbors and friends needing these services and everyone we’ve referred has been equally satisfied. Each year since then, we’ve had them return to service our equipment and, despite their business growth over the years, they continue to provide us with excellent service and fair pricing. Thank you Drew and crew for providing us with such dependable service throughout the years. Monica and Brad

Alpine scheduled my appointment within 1 hour of my phone call. It was 38 degrees and my thermostat was inoperable (black screen)...no heat. Was it coincidence or just good customer service...maybe both. Kevin B. was efficient and thorough, fixing the problem quickly. Thank you, Alpine, you always do a great job.

Firstly, I am happy with work done by the crew who installed my bedroom split unit. I give them five stars. The rest of the organization maybe one star. I requested routine annual maintenance on my other ductless system. The service person arrives more than 45 min late, no apologies. Sales person arrives 30 minutes late, too. He has an excuse as he is running around to several households. The service guy was first appointment in the am! These companies simply do not value YOUR time. This weekend I received notice from them that if I do not get inspection done in a timely manner that I will owe $$ to cover another permit request!? The installer indicated the inspector would CALL ME! I have no contact information for this group. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding an inspection for the new split. Why send a threat to a customer like this? Very, very poor customer service approach and I would gather follows the approach laid forth my the owners of the company. Thank you to the professionals who installed my unit. Their work is appreciated. UPDATE: Alpine requires the customer to call and schedule the inspection. I understand the permit is for property I own, but I have never been asked to schedule an inspection of work done by a contractor. I cannot answer questions or address concerns found during the inspection. All other trades I have hired coordinates the visit from the inspector with their schedule, typically the day of the work itself. Thus, we return to my original point: My time is worthless to a company such as Alpine.

I could not be more pleased with Alpine. They recently installed an entirely new HVAC system in my house.
There was an issue with having to replace an older unit with a different footprint, with the newer one. Randy was very helpful spending a lot of time and extra visits, in order to resolve this where the two other companies who did estimates did not bother. This contributed mightily to my decision to go with Alpine. In the end, they found a spot that was much better than where the original unit was located and something I had not even considered, and this was a great improvement.
They also use higher-end equipment as best as I can tell. In my case Lennox.
Regarding the installation itself, there was an issue where it was the wrong equipment but they were extremely responsive in replacing it with an upgraded version, at no extra cost to me, and able to do this, and turn it around within a day or two from the original scheduled installation date.
Lastly, as much as a lay person can determine such things, the installation itself seems to be first rate. At the end, they did a wonderful job of cleaning up, leaving the garage even better than it was when they found it. They were very respectful of my stuff to the degree that they had to move things around.
So far, I'm extremely pleased! I rarely make recommendations so this is a really big deal for me.

Warning!!! Read the reviews and look at the star ratings I’ve given this company multiple chances and thousands of dollars. They do not value your time, nor do they provide quality work without being monitored. They have cost me hours and hours of time and this last time they gave me a window of 2:00-4:00 for a service appointment. I left work to make sure I was home by 2:00. At 3:58 I got a text the person was on the way. I called and asked what “on the way” meant to them. They said he was just leaving Cottage Grove. I live near Veneta, so it was going to be at least another 30-40 minutes before they would arrive. I said cancel the appointment, I’m done wasting time and money. Reynolds has the same service for $99 and they show up on-time. I’m done and would highly recommend you don’t even start. FYI - I’ve talked with the owner about other issues and he’s very little help, basically couldn’t care less.

Alpine installed a Ductless heat pump for us, and it has been great! They also service both of the heat pumps we have, and did a fantastic job. Our technician Justin was friendly, and he communicated clearly about the servicing and completed it in good time.

We are a housing cooperative in Eugene and had a time-sensitive inspection from our insurance company after renewing our policy with new underwriters. After scheduling on a Friday, Gabe and his team arrived on the following Monday morning to do pre-inspection of multiple units.
Almost all of the units needed GFCI updated in the kitchens and other minor electrical repairs; these were completed the same week. Two of the units needed new panels which involved getting permits from EWEB . Thankfully they were approved and the panels replaced within the two-week time period we needed.
Gabe was available for any questions or concerns we had while keeping us updated on the progress, knowing how timely these projects needed to be done. The co-op passed the electrical inspection and are very pleased with the work that was done. We will definitely be calling Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning for their services in the future. -
Heating system went out. Quick response. Unit was over 30 years old. Was given option to repair, but parts were no longer available. Found ways to save money for a new one through EWEB and tax credits. Dropped price 30%. Good communication. Clean installation. As a Realtor, I recommend Alpine often.

Installation of my new heat pump went very smoothly. Even though the new air exchanger had to be shoe-horned into a very tight space, the whole process, including inspection, was finished in three days. I had a very good experience with everyone involved in the project. In particular, I appreciated the installer, Alex Millard. His exceptional interpersonal skills, thoughtfulness, great communication and attention to detail made the whole process easy. Thank you!

We had a ductless unit installed yesterday and couldn’t be happier!! Cory was amazing when he came over and we talked about what we needed!! Then 3 days later Tyler & Josh showed up to install and Hayden showed to do electrical! Those guys were amazing so respectful to us our dogs and our home! They explained everything on what they were doing and how it worked once it was done!! Thank you all for everything!!! If you ever need help with heating and air conditioning this is the best!!!

Scott was here today and was a delight to work with. He was very professional and helpful and I appreciate the extra steps he took to make everything right. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Scott was a huge help! He fixed our unit quickly and efficiently. Great communication and very friendly. He also dropped us some great tips on how to keep our unit lasting longer. Thanks Scott!

Jeremiah is incredibly knowledgeable and highly professional. Solved the problems in a short time and fixed them. I really appreciate the friendly attitude and willingness to put up with my questions. Thanks Jeremiah

Adam was puntual, friendly and very knowledgeable.
He was able to get the cold air working again, even though there's no guarantee how long it will work . We are so greatful for that. For the immediate future, He has also recommended for us to have a sales person call us for aopo6to look into different options for a new system.
Today's visit was at no charge!
Thank you.
We were recommended by our son in law, Raul Gutierrez ,partner at Willamette Truck and Fleet.
Thanks, Raul. -
Scott was our man of the hour with his professionalism and quality of service. Not only found an electrical component failing, but also took the initiative to work with others on his team to work on adding an extra filtering system to our system due to our rural farming area. Once again, very satisfied that we went with Home Comfort.
