Heat went out 2 days ago Clint Robinson and his protege showed up early and found my unit was full of water clogged drain system. was very good about checking all drains I have 2 units so he confirmed everything on both ends were perfect before he left our unit is working better than ever thanks guys. Price was very reasonable had no issues with quote.

This year I decided to replace our aging HVAC system (heat pump, furnace, thermostat). Of the 3 companies I talked to, Cory was the most knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pushy sales tactics. He presented me with a quote for a system that met our needs and was reasonably priced. Made it an easy decision! Home Comfort staff were great with timely communications and on install day, Joe and team (Austin, Trevor, and Dave) were able to do the removal and installation in one day. System works great, really love quiet of the variable speed heat pump. It heats our old house much better than the old single stage system. Very happy.

I cannot recommend this business. The repairman who came to my house was very polite and professional. That is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an estimate. When I call, they tell me they’ll get back to me. They never do. Very unhelpful and bad customer service. I paid $95 for the house call and they have done nothing for me. I hope they see this review and improve their service.

I'm giving one star because the technician was great, the prices were fair, but my overall experience was awful. From the time I first called them to the time I got my stove repaired was over a month. This entire time (thank God it was summer) I had to cook everything on my grill. I had to continually call the office to see when the repairs would happen, and don't bother calling after hours, there's no voicemail. The receptionist said at first she ordered the incorrect part, then she ordered the right part but it was backordered, then oops, that company doesn't have that part at all, then ordered it from somewhere else entirely, shipping taking 3-4 days when it should have been overnighted at this point. As a shop who's primary function is to repair appliances, this kind of ordering issue should never have happened. The only reason I stuck with them is because they're the only people in town I could find that deal with LG appliances.

I was really impressed with this business. I looked them up on the internet and checked the reviews. They didn't let me down. Prompt call back, fair price, and when they checked the stove they found it was not repairable after they searched for the parts that were no longer available due to the age of the appliance. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a reputable appliance repair place.

I needed an element for my dryer and nowhere around where I live (Roseburg) stocks any parts. So I called up there and they had one, but they were closing sooner than the time it would take me to drive there. They offered to hang out until I could get there and I gladly accepted. Their kindness alone earns them five stars, because it's pretty uncommon in my experience.

Riley was the technician that came to look at our fridge and freezer today and what an amazing job he did figuring out the issue right away - thank you for being so friendly and providing great service we definitely would recommend him and his team❤️

I had an issue with my front loading washing machine. I had washed some rugs and it appeared that all of the backing had came off all of them( note to self do not wash rugs in washing machine) I called and the repair person William came out the next morning. He was professional and patient with me and told me how to clean filter and left everything clean. I would highly recommend this business for any appliance repair. They don’t gouge you with the price

Our dishwasher sprung a leak and wasn’t cleaning our dishes. They came and diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 2 days :)

On July 10, 2015 I called At Your Service to have a 24 year old Sears Kenmore washer repaired. Water was leaking either from the hoses in the back of the washer or from underneath. Daniel responded and he was excellent! He was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. The 30 & 60 min price for the repair service is higher than other places I checked, but based on my great experience I would certainly call At Your Service again!

We have used "At Your Service" for several years now for a variety of needs with our appliances. They have been very helpful and honest over the phone and in person. My husband knows how to make many repairs on appliances, but when he is stumped, we call at Your Service. These guys have tons of experience and know how to solve appliance problems. They are reliable and trustworthy, and they do a great job on the repairs.

For many years I have purchased parts at “At Your Service” in Glenwood . Their knowledge makes it worth the drive. Then last year our refrigerator, stove and dishwasher all caved within a short time. I didn’t have time to chase so many problems at once. They sent a service man named Daniel that was steady and extremely good at his work. Not only did he fix everything, he was able to explain in depth the causes and what had broken. Back in their shop, David put extra effort into solving our refrigerator problem. This was much more than swapping parts (which I had been doing). He took the time to track the temperature swings over a long period and then found the problem.
It is very rare that I will review anything but these people deserve a huge thank you.

Riley was great, Hr quickly identified the issues: the oven element had cracked, so when it heated up, the element would separate and stop the current. (Frustrating that appliances are not made like they used to be! This KitchenAid dual-fuel range is only about 3 years old.)

I highly recommend this local appliance repair service! They have worked on two appliances for me. They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and their follow through is solid, even when parts are hard to source. The prices are straight-forward and fair (and better than their competitors'). They show up when they say they will show up. The appointments are promptly scheduled and they fit times into my work schedule. Daniel even demonstrated how I could do something myself next time (taking apart an oven door). When I had a problem with a gas appliance he went the extra mile to make sure we were safe. It's a pleasure to work with local folks like this who do such a great job putting appliances back into service instead of throwing them in the landfill. Thank you!

Amazing service! They were very kind on the phone when we scheduled an appt. They even called is when a sooner appt came up.
The technician knew what he was doing, and even helped us explain the situation to our property manager as it wasn't our dryer that was broken but a large lint clog in the wall.
Wonderful service start to finish we will be calling again in the future.

I have used At Your Service Appliance Repair for numerous appliances and this time was no exception -- my refrigerator for one of my tenants went on the blink on a Friday afternoon and AYS was out to repair it on Monday!! After a detailed inspection of my refer, the repair person was extremely honest and said that it would be cheaper to buy a new refrigerator rather than repair it. It's this quick response for making appointments and the immensely honest analysis of the needed repair that keeps me coming back to AYS for all my appliances!
