Scott came out to the house for our yearly system maintenance on the furnace and the A/C unit. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and trustworthy. He detected a bad capacitor and promptly replaced it. Another tech, about 8 months earlier indicated that we should replace the contactors, but Scott checked them and said they had a lot of life left in them. In addition, our A/C unit was low on coolant and he brought that up to spec. The system is working fantastic now! I highly recommend Home Comfort for any of your heating or cooling needs.

Garritt did his winter visit and made several recommendations that we went with. It was so nice to have someone answer your questions without making you feel intrusive while doing his job. He was also here in the spring. Just as nice and informative then as know.

All of your techs are top grade, but today’s routine biannual maintenance check with Johnny was particularly noteworthy. He arrived with a most positive demeanor and explained everything clearly along the way. He took the time to show me areas of concern as well as highlighting things in my HVAC system which were working perfectly. I like to know and understand the workings of home technology and he was extremely instructive. He volunteered that my thermostat could be connected to my phone via an app (which I quickly did). My prior erroneous thought was that there’s a subscription fee for doing so. He found and fixed other issues at no additional charge, showing me clearly which components he replaced and why. We will surely request Johnny for future HVAC maintenance visits!

I finally replaced my ancient 22-year-old heat pump with a new Lennox Elite system, and I couldn't be happier! It’s amazingly quiet, fast, and efficient. We were without heat when I called for help. Clint Robison was so kind, very sympathetic, scheduling immediately. We have a boiler system which can be limiting when finding a service provider. Clint and Jeremy were both so knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. Even the dog loved them. All said and done, heat again, at a great cost. Would not hesitate to call again!

Jarod was friendly and engagingly. He answered my question respectfully. Jarod found a primary part that get rid of excess water in system installed but not attached to power and corrected that. I am very satisfied with my service from Home Comfort.

So pleased I chose Home Comfort to install my ductless heating/AC system. Sterling did a great job explaining my options so I could make an informed decision. Scheduling the pre-installation, installation, and inspection appointments with Franziska was smooth. On installation day Hayden, Josh and Austin coordinated their duties with efficiency and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. And I love how the ductless system provides even heat throughout my daily living areas. No more ceiling nor baseboard heating to toggle between the different rooms to provide such inefficient heat in my 1962-built home. Professional service from start to finish!

In the sale of my home, there was a need to change out the heat pump. Another local HVAC company came out and quoted a price, but also stated that because the previous system was so old, the lines would need to be replaced. An additional $2500 (minimum) would be charged to a construction company to help install those.
However, I'm so glad I contacted Home Comfort for a second bid. The response from Cory was superspeed, the customer service exemplary, and because the price was slightly under the other bid, I went with them. Cory was able to determine the lines DIDN'T need to be replaced, saving me $2500 by eliminating the need for a construction contractor, and then filed for the EWEB rebate on the new efficient system, netting me another $1000 in return. All told, I saved $4000 by going with Home Comfort! The great attitude and swift service was the cherry on top.

We have a contract to have our heat pumps cleaned regularly. Today Dustin came to clean them for the first time. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. All the technicians we’ve had at our house have been very good. We appreciate the customer service and support of Home Comfort. Cindy

I had Gerrit S come to the place I rent to fix the unit in my new rental and he was awesome..
He not only fixed it but explained everything to me on how to work the thermostat as being 72 sometimes things get confusing for me. If you have the need for repairs by this company and are able to request a technician..ask for him...you will be very happy. And just to ad..it was pouring rain today when he was outside working on the unit..he deserves a raise !!!
