AYS got us in on the same day. Our technician was Riley. Riley was knowledgeable, efficient and fun. I feel I’m better prepared to care for my appliances and feel like I have an appliance repair service I can count on. Our repair was also really well priced!

Michael was incredibly kind and fun to talk to and helped figure out the washer. Fixed the washer and made the process very simple

Washer was leaking, The first time they came it couldn't be diagnosed because leak was not leaking. It did later so they came back and gave me a diagnosis that cost more than we wanted. They suggested replacing the washer is better.
Thank them for coming back.

Service technician, Michael, sent a reminder text, and ETA text. He arrived at estimated time, put on shoe covers to protect floors, and proceeded to assess the old workhorse dryer. He offered a reasonably-priced option which should keep it going for a number of years, thus saving me (for a while at least) from buying an expensive new dryer made of cheaper materials, with built-in planned- obsolescence.

Michael has serviced our appliances over the past 5 years. Most recently our washing machine. Each time he has provided on time, quality repairs! We will continue to use Michael anytime we need a appliance repaired.

It’s hard sometimes to trust repair people of any type, especially if you are an old woman! But Riley did an outstanding job repairing my old dryer. He arrived on time, had the problem figured out, and repaired despite the machine not having a serial number or model number! I highly recommend them!

All around great service, from the first phone call to the finished job, which was my flat-top kitchen range. It had 2 burners out, and the HOT SURFACE light was faulty. Technician Michael fixed it, and it is like new again. And MUCH cheaper than buying a new one...
He was friendly, quick, and patiently put up with our over-anxious 110 lb. dog.

Michael has been an amazing help at our community. Our property has 3 laundry facilities with about 20 washers and 20 dryers total. With the constant resident use, we often need repairs. Micheal always arrives on time and fixes our broken machines quickly. Also, AJ is the one who usually helps me schedule appointments, and she is so sweet and kind! Thank you Michael and AJ for the excellent service!

I just had a new heater and A/C installed by Matthew and others from Associated Heating. From the first phone call to the final installation, everyone was great! They were on time, very friendly and respectful, they showed me important aspects of the new system, they cleaned up the area after they were finished. I would recommend Associated Heating!!

We had a ductless installed by Patrick and Nathan on the 12th and they did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating for our dog, and were very professional in and around our home. They had their work cut out for them. We are very happy with the units.

Sierra showed up on time and was very knowledgeable concerning our issues. She had us up and running in a timely manner and we have heat again!!

Chad came out for a service call on an older unit. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and honest about the situation. Wrote us a quote for the cost of a new unit when ours finally goes out. Will definitely call Associated Heating and AC again!

Quick, courteous response, gave lots of good, non pushy info. Had records from the previous owner on the system from a decade ago and sent out a very communicative and kind technician for a tune up.
Decided 6 months later to get a new HVAC System.
I interviewed 5 other companies in town for a new HVAC system. Besides Alpine having locked up Costco, Lowes and Home Depot bids (I found out after signing up with each plus the person they sent was condescending and rude), Associated was hands down the best representation from start to finish AND came in about $3000 less with basically the same system perfect for our home size and a better warranty (including parts AND labor).
Greg is the perfect guy to have up front. He was kind, courteous and had visuals and charts of a VARIETY of choices that fit our needs and budget. All the workers were friendly and got the job done with professionalism and no nonsense. Everyone of the five men on the day of installation had a specific job with Bryson as the lead. I could here them patiently and respectfully talking to each other, working out any issues that came up (due to my home) and several quick calls to a very organized office staff. They even have their own electrician who is working with the team. Thank you Associated! We love our new MUCH quieter system...
