Kelly did a great job! He explained everything and gave me options for my electrical and my wall heater unit. I highly recommend this company.

The guys showed up and got to work right away, They were professional and courteous. The tank less water heater that they installed works perfectly and we are extremely happy.

Just had Chad come out to the house because we were having an issue and he solved it fast and he was very good at explaining the issues and how to fix them myself in the future. I am very happy with the service and the company and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

From start to finish Associated Heating and Air were amazing. They helped us every step of the way. Explained what was happening and how long each process would take. The installers were very polite and so respectful. All around a very awesome crew. It was such a pleasant experience, I now use them at my work location for our ductless systems!! Office staff, sales guys and installation crew were all top notch quality people!!

After waiting almost a month through the hottest days of the year for our installation appointment to finally arrive, the team did an excellent job replacing the old broken ducted AC system. The staff was helpful with explaining how to use it and answering any questions. The new unit looks good and works like a dream. My house was even too cold at first because the new system is so efficient. Thank you Associated for getting our temperatures back to comfort level. I highly recommend.

Darius came out the same day to repair my air conditioning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His professionalism and people skills made the whole experience enjoyable, and everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be requesting Darius for any future service needs!

Dakota was very friendly & seemed to know what he was talking about. I was pretty sure I was quoted $99.00 so when he said it was $132.00 for the extra cleaning I thought he meant total so I was like sure only 33 bucks more. But when it was time to pay imagine my surprise of $264.00. a bit steep to clean my single split heater pump. He showed me their yearly price for what I got today, exact same price, it's deff not a deal.

Dakota was amazing! He was friendly, thorough, and he spent time explaining things to us. This was our first service appointment at our new to us home, so it was nice to have someone who would take the time to look at everything and answer all of our questions. We will be using Associated Heating and Air again, and will definitely be requesting Dakota.

Sierra was awesome! She was efficient, found the problem and fixed it. She was professional and friendly. My yellow lab decided to “supervise.” Sierra and Winnie seemed to enjoy each other’s company.

The whole crew was wonderful. I appreciated everyone's hard work to get my ductless heat pump installed. They cleaned up after themselves and we're very efficient.

Sierra did a remarkable cleaning job on our 9 yr old unit and took a detailed diagnostic test to find out that we have a leak. I hope we can detect this leak and get it fixed at a reasonable cost now that we’re on the maintenance plan thank you, Sierra!! 👋👍🙌

Associated Heating did work without pulling the required permits from the City of Eugene, which resulted in a substantial fine. This is basic stuff for a licensed company. I would not recommend them.

We just signed up for Associated Heating & Air monthly service plan and received our first annual service at the home we just purchased. Service was top shelf and they provided great insights about our system. They also asked throughout the process if we had any questions. Fantastic all around!

Anthony was very professional explaining things to me about our Mitsubishi unit. He called on the way, communicated everything and left things cleaner than it was when he arrived. Thank you Anthony! I will recommend Associated Heating and Air to anyone!

Blake was great lining us up with the estimate . Jess, Matt & the electricians did a great job with the install…. They were friendly, prepared and expedient. Jess installed my first daikin, I was glad he was here for the second one! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Had another great experience with associated. Because of the smoke last year we ended up needing a DEEP cleaning of my first system and Max did a great job. Professional, courteous and detail oriented. Thanks again for the great service.

Dylan was knowledgeable and an effective technician. He was able to answer my questions about the ductless system and explained why it operated the way it does. That will assist me in maximizing my use of the system. I think he is a real asset to the business, but that is not unusual for Associated Heating and Air Conditioning. All the technicians have been knowledgeable and efficient. Dylan was a step above.

The technician was very good at his job. He was using a tool of his own to do the service which told me he took pride in his work.
Very good communication. I’m just sorry I didn’t remember his name so he gets credit for keeping me as a customer.
