Home Comfort has provided maintenance service and repair service to us for several years. Scott was out 2 weeks ago for our 6 month service and was amazing! He was efficient, explained everything he was doing and very professional. There was a slight hiccup with one of our bi-fold doors. He got the spring that was needed and replaced both of them. Thank you, Scott! We hope to see you for our next service in 6 months!

Rdther than reschedule our appt, dervice mgr Jeremy took on the semi-annual system check when one of the techs couldn't make it, was in and out in short time

Scott came to do my service on my Douglas system. He has been so awesome very knowledgeable and professional. I had questions regarding my system scott was able to answer all my questions love his service.

Scott came out to fix our AC during the first big heatwave of the summer and he was awesome. He showed up right on time, explained everything in plain English, and was super friendly and professional. Even when our system was being stubborn, Scott got it working again and made sure we were comfortable until the final repair part comes in. It’s clear he cares about doing the job right and keeping his customers happy.

This was the second visit, and once again, Scott has been absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to track down a hard-to-find part, adjusted our AC, and even put in extra hours to make sure everything was back up and running. We’re so grateful for his dedication and expertise—thank you so much, Scott!

Dustin arrived right on time to perform the HVAC maintenance. He was very polite and had the maintenance done proficiently and in a timely manner.

Our 1972 house only had radiant (ceiling) & no a/c. EWEB was anxious for us to transition to HVAC to save energy so we called HC. They responded quickly & explained our options & assured us they would coordinate with EWEB for rebate & loan to install. Their prices were competitive with other bids we got. They installed 3 ductless ceiling units. Joshua & Austin & Cory did a great job -efficient & professional. Foreman Joey helped problem solve when there was an install issue. They cleaned up before they left & instructed us on how to run the units. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND HomeComfort.

Knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He's the 3rd tech you've sent my way. Not a bad one yet! Signed up for the semi-annual check up again.

Scott Johnson did a fantastic job on our routine maintenance call. Clear communication and an all around hard worker and kind person. He adjusted our system and made sure we had the proper filter size (it was too small previously) and made sure to check that everything was tip top.

Got our furnace issue diagnosed by Johnny. He was friendly, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Super informative about our system, was happy to answer all my questions. Very pleasant to work with. Very competent. One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had, hands down. Would be happy to work with him again in future.

Cary Bredfield to the rescue! I came home after a lovely day at the coast to discover that my AC had gone out. It was as hot as Hades inside the house I called the 24 hour number and Cary came to the rescue later that evening. Since he did not have the part needed to repair my unit he called two other technicians in the field; who provided him with the required part. Thank goodness for this company and its dedicated employees.

I wish to express my gratitude to Adam about his great work performance. Not is he only VERY knowlegable concerning the HVAC systems, but has a wonderful way to explain to owners why he is doing what!
This moves the public into the area of understanding and trust.
I therefor recommend him very strongly to all other building owners. I also ask his management to allow him to receive a bonus for a job well done!

I would definitely recommend Home Comfort to others! My parents' HVAC system broke down during a summer heatwave, and they were able to get someone to come check it out the next day. Cary showed up with a smile and was super helpful and clear in explaining everything to someone who has no clue how HVAC works.

When it was time to install a new HVAC system, the entire team was awesome. Adam, Dallas, Josh were among the team that came out and worked tirelessly all day to get everything set up. Adam stayed behind past dinner time, and made sure my parents knew how to operate the new system before he left for the day. They were there for almost 10 hours.

Now that I have my own place, I am having them do my HVAC maintenance as well because they are honest with you about what you need and all of them have a great attitude. They got a great team over there at Home Comfort!

Cary came out yesterday and did an awesome job. He explained everything and took time to make sure our units were cleaned and in excellent working condition. Please put Cary down as our number 1 guy to do our maintenance plan! Outstanding! Dick & Diane Bowers

We have always had great service from Home Comfort on our HVAC and Geothermal Unit. Jeremy, Joey and the rest of the on site and office team are always prompt, courteous and clean with the work they do. I highly recommend them!

Scott Johnson came out to fix our A/C and he was outstanding. He called to let me know when he'd be arriving, was friendly and professional, and provided all around excellent service. He was able to fix the problem and recommend some fixes to prevent the issue in the future. We would definitely use this company again!

The technician was very nice. Seemed like he knew what he was doing, but he did not clean my furnace or my power unit outside nowhere near like the other companies do.

Scott showed up to do the annual inspections and service. Was very polite and friendly. He got straight to work and when he came across an issue that he uncovered, he explained it very clearly and detailed. He got everything back up and running very quickly. Couldn't have asked for anyone better! Keep it up Scott! Thank you!

Johnny Foster was fabulous. He scolded me with kindness as I never had my ductless system cleaned in 7 years. He took his time and told me what he was doing and how to stay ontop of it. He was professional and curtious. Great job!!

Kaeden was prompt, courteous and did a great job performing our semiannual maintenance inspection and service.
